Straightforward delivery

Straightforward delivery to ground floor lounge. Sofa unpacked, feet fitted & put in place. Packaging removed. Polite delivery guys. No fuss.

I found working with your customer…

I found working with your customer service department easy . I had to push my delivery date back due to delays with work men. It’s “wasn’t a problem “

Communication to us with regards to delivery was good and the drivers arrived within the timeframe assembled the couch and chair, checked the powered recliner was working . Very happy thanks

Above and beyond.

The two men who delivered my item very kindly unpacked the sofa, put the legs on and to top it all took the packaging away. They did this despite not having to and it was very much appreciated.

Two part settee ordered and only one part put in the van ,cannot get through to anyone in the Glasgow office to try and sort this out

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your delivery. We’ve checked our system and only one section of the settee was booked in by the retailer, which is why only one part was loaded for delivery. We’ve also checked our records and can’t see any missed calls or contact attempts to our Glasgow office.

I will ask our customer service team to work with the retailer to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

proffesional service

The guys arrived early and even though they did not have my mobile number arrived outside the house,carried out the delivery in a very competant manner,very polite and made the whole thing look effortless. Many thanks.

Great Delivery

Called half an hour before delivery and was well within time slot given.. both guys polite and efficient, unwrapped and placed where wanted and took wrapping with them. Sofas were handled with great care.
