Excitel Vizag - I have contacted the concerned agent for getting a new connection. First the scam leader agent of excitel(Yaswanth) will say you have to pay the full amount of the plan . After paying they will tell that in 5 minutes the technical team(Venu) will come and fix the router and everything . It's been 1 week no response. If you call them they will block you. Worst scam broadband provider. Even if you call the customer care number they will say we will transfer your call to the installation team . After waiting for 10min they will simply hung up the call. Worst scam ever.

WHY THEY CALL THEMSELF INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER ? I TOOK 400 MBPS BUT GETTING ONLY 100 MBPS . RAISED THE ISSUE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT ISSUE WILL BE FIXED WITHIN 48 HOURS . ITS BEEN 43 DAYS GOT NO RESOLUTION . DO NOT EVER GO FOR EXCITEL INTERNET .

This company is fraud not return refund amount always give me false commitment i suggest everyone put the police complaint against this company who not get them refund money

Regular breakdown of service.No response from EXCITEL why a regular major technical fault cannot be addressed. My advice to anybody planning to buy an EXCITEL plan is to refrain from doing so and approach mother service provider.

Completely unethical and unprofessional company to deal with. Got excitel connection installed a month back where at the time of installation, they showed my connection installed in their system without even bringing fiber to my house. Their installation team is headed in Gurgaon by Nitin yadav who is so irresponsible that he doesn’t know what his team is doing as he blamed them for this. Now after a month of installation, there is “no connectivity”problem for last 10 days and after numerous complaints, escalations, shaming them on social media, nothing has changed. Excitel complaint is forwarded to famous future broadband ( Nitin Yadav team) and they close it without resolution. Again complaint is raised and they start playing ping-pong. Excitel sends it to future broadband then future broadband sends it back to excitel and so on. This is what they specialize in. There is no management oversight on any customer facing processes and hence customer are being handed over this kind of treatment. On top of it, company launches 4 hour service promise… LOL. Leave aside 4 hours, they have neither intent nor capability to resolve in 40 days. Best is to seek refund by filing consumer forum cases and move on to other provider. They are simply fly by night operators for scamming our money.

I am facing no internet connection from past 4 days.They haven’t resolved and not even telling by when they will resolved it.

If you are professional. I will recommend Not to go with Excitel else you will face problem.

First of first internet good or not it's not matter,I am using excitel gurgaon it's average,
But after I am not using excitel because my job is transferred from other place, but from excitel automatically ivr call daily 10 calls and many numbers I am blocked but atleast 10 numbers daily 50 to 80 calls I am tired this service excitel spam call

Worst company I closed my connection in 15 June returned onu on same date that time they told me to refund my money in 60 days so from 15 august I am calling customer support everyday they are not refunding my money they don’t give any timeline also already taken more than 60 days now it’s 70 days and they are not refunding my money please don’t take connection from this stupid company and stupid peoples

Very bad service, worst type of response. Can't shift my connection to a beside building because area becomes not feasible. Lost my prepaid money.

One of the worst ISP, narrate the wrong plan by sales man, and did froud.
Employee of this company is don't know the plan information and misguide the customer.
Talked with senior head..they assured me that he will return my money and disconnect the connection. But no response from head also till date.

Worst service provider. There are always problems every week or 10 days. They don't resolve the issue immediately It will take more than 5 days and no proper customer care. And It raises any tickets without resolving closing the tickets it's done. Even not eligible for 1 Star. Please don't go for the network.

Worst experience with ISP #Excitel broadband. I've made a shifting request for a location 3.5 kms away from the earlier one. I made sure that the new location is covered in their network. I was told that the TAT for shifting is 7 days max but it's been 9 day running since I heard back. The ticket generated for the same has no activity since 31st July at 4pm where it was assigned to the ground team, made repeated calls ro their customer care since the last 2 days, I am told that they put the request in top priority and I will receive a call latest by end of day for both the days but still no action happens. They took 2000 rs deposit for device and when I returned their device they are saying that they will not be returning it to me as it is non refundable. they have scammed me. excitel user id subhashc44
