We contacted timble customer service…

We contacted timble customer service and Sheela picked the call but the way she responded to us was not so friendly... We were constantly trying to contact customer service for about 1-2 months cuz of the wifi no internet issue.. each day we tried to contact them for abt 1 hr but they didn't picked a single call of ours.. today by mistake, they picked the call and the way she responded genuinely made us angry.. she tried to threaten us.. Hum logo ne 1 sal ka recharge is liye krvaya hai kya? Nhi ap smj kr dheko 2 months se wifi work nhi kr rha. Lagatar hum inko complaint kr va rhe hain for ts result... Truly unsatisfied by the customer service..

worst services

Pathetic service

It's advisable, pls do not get caught in this fraud.

It's been 20 days, when I asked them to discontinue and refund, they took the router but no refund till date.
