I have been facing continuous internet…
I have been facing continuous internet issues for the last 3 days, and this is the second time in the same month. Despite raising complaints, no proper resolution or timeline has been provided.
The local Exictel handling team/office is extremely irresponsible. There is no follow-up, no ownership, and no seriousness toward customer issues. Because of the internet outage, my work has suffered significantly, which is unacceptable in today’s work-from-home environment.
Worst internet service experience so far. Exictel seriously needs to improve its local operations and customer support accountability.

Mentioned that the connection call will happen in 24 hours after confirming the availability in the neighbourhood. no call and then a message that the area cannot be serviced.

Worst internet service. I was told for 6 months subscription 1 month free internet and cable charges will be 300. Later they collected 500 as cable charges and when discussed with TL Ashik he said 1 month extra free internet. After 6 months now they say to recharge again for atleast 6 months then they will give 2 months free.
Their appliance had issue just for 4 months and I had to pay to get it repaired.

Excitel has been one of the worst internet services I have ever used. The connection is extremely unreliable — constant drops, slow speeds, and interruptions that make even basic browsing a struggle.
What’s even more frustrating is their customer care. Every time you call, they repeat the same line: “Everything is fine from our end, please switch your modem off and on.” Nothing actually gets fixed. The customer support is so bad that it becomes genuinely frustrating to even reach out.
I honestly regret taking their 3-month package — it was a big mistake. I would not recommend Excitel to anyone.

I am waiting for my refund since 45 days as i was told earlier within 45 days i will get the refund but now when it,s alredy been 45 days they are saying wait for another 45 days...what a pathetic company they are running you will have to wait 90 days for your own money....
False Claims, No Installation, No Refund – Worst Experience
Extremely disappointing experience with Excitel. They took my Aadhaar, photo, and full payment even before checking feasibility. No router or wiring was ever installed, yet they are now refusing to refund my money and falsely claiming that my ‘services have started’. How can services start when nothing has been installed?
Customer care keeps transferring calls, loses complaint records, and gives contradictory information. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and frustrating experience. I strongly advise others to stay away.

I purchased Excitel internet on 14th November 2025, and the experience has been extremely frustrating from day one. The installation team didn’t set up the cables properly—they simply connected the router and left the cable hanging inside my house. I had to call them for three consecutive days just to get the basic wiring fixed.
Barely a week later, on 20th November, my internet went down around 6 PM and stayed disconnected for 26 hours. Despite raising multiple tickets, calling customer support several times, and following all instructions, nothing was resolved until I personally contacted a technician.
Again on 24th November, my internet stopped working from 12 PM, and as of now it has been over 32 hours without any resolution. I’ve emailed them repeatedly and called support more than 20 times, yet I still have no internet and no proper response.
Overall, this has been one of the most unreliable and poorly managed ISP experiences I’ve ever had. The support is unresponsive, the service is unstable, and the installation was careless. I genuinely regret choosing Excitel and would not recommend it to anyone looking for dependable internet.

I am utterly disappointed with the level of negligence shown by this company. It has been over two months, and my internet connection issue remains unresolved despite repeated calls to customer care, multiple emails, and even visiting the office in person. Not a single effective action has been taken. This clearly reflects a complete lack of responsibility, professionalism, and respect for customers. If there were a lower rating than one star, this company would deserve it.

I had purchased Excitel services near vashi (navimumbai)I am highly disappointed with Excitel’s service. I had recharged for an annual plan two months before my existing plan was due to expire. Soon after, there was a fiber cut issue, and despite repeated calls and follow-ups, Excitel failed to resolve it for over two months. Each time I contacted support, I was given false promises but no actual solution.
Finally, once my plan expired, they conveniently sent someone only to collect their router instead of fixing the problem. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I regret choosing Excitel and would not recommend their services to anyone

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Excitel Internet. It’s been 12 days since I raised my first complaint after relocating my connection from South Delhi to East Delhi. Despite multiple follow-ups and technician visits, the internet is still not working.
I’ve raised the issue several times, but there has been no proper response, no escalation, and absolutely no improvement in the service. The customer care only gives scripted responses and closes the ticket without resolution.
This is unacceptable and frustrating — especially in today's world where a stable internet connection is essential. Excitel promises fast service but delivers nothing close to it.
I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Excitel. Once you face a problem, you’re completely on your own — no support, no accountability.
