Abubakr and his small team did a post renovation clean of of entire house in Mossley Hill. It went from dust grime everywhere to spotless including kitchen cabinets and bathrooms. They even removed paint splodges from tiled floors. All in all a great service and for a fair price. Very happy!

Deep Cleaning
Alan from Excellent Services was absolutely brilliant. I was in desperate need of a carpet and bathroom deep cleaning to due a medical emergency that happened. Alan was super accommodating and helped organise a cleaning service asap, which was required as there were also little kids in the house. I was not expecting all the stains to be removed from the carpet, it was brilliant. Sardar who came and cleaned the property was extremely thorough. Definitely recommend and again thank you for all your help.

I couldn’t be happier with the post-builders cleaning carried out by Excellent Services Company. My property was extremely dusty after the painting and building work, but the team worked very hard to bring everything back to a clean and fresh condition.
They carefully cleaned throughout the entire property, and the results were beyond my expectations. Every area was left spotless, and the difference was truly impressive.
I would like to give special thanks to the team leader, Gharib, who worked incredibly hard and ensured everything was done to a high standard. I really appreciate the effort from the whole team and would highly recommend Excellent Services Company.

I recently had my 3-bedroom flat cleaned by this company, and I would like to wholeheartedly extend my thanks and appreciation for their hard work. The team did a fantastic job — the kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and my carpets were thoroughly cleaned as well. Everything looked fresh and well taken care of.
I also really appreciated their understanding and professionalism. I was almost an hour late to let the team access the property because I received the keys late from the estate agency. Despite this, they patiently waited outside the property and did not charge me any extra fee, which I thought was very kind and professional.
Overall, I am very happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend this company, and I will 100% use their cleaning services again in the future if needed.

Had to get a flat cleared of years of hoarding and rubbish. Staff did an amazing job of clearing and cleaning and took all the rubbish away. All done at a rate so much lower than expected.

The set up team was very responsive, adjusting to my requests for various iterations, the cleaning team was friendly and they did a really great job of my house. I'm pleased with the range of services I could have (I chose windows, appliances, carpet cleaning, and all of the internal woodwork). I got to check for satisfaction at the end of the job. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

The whole experience was of the highest levels. I had to amend my booking and change it last minute for a next day delivery and it was accomodated even though i made this change at 9pm at night. Amazing service. And then the cleaning was top tier. Near 5hr deep clean. Amazing stuff.

We have given our 2 bed 2 bath flat in Royal Docks for end of tenancy deep cleaning. They did an amazing job with it, three people showed up and started working slowly but thoroughly. They have even taken feedback from us as they went along with the job. In the end, we are super happy with their work. They cleaned floors, cupboards, bathroom, tiles, appliances, exterior and interior windows, rugs, carpets. Went above and beyond. The main guy Alan is brilliant with this attitude and business ethic. Highly recommended them.

After investigating this matter with our cleaning team, we noted that your concerns were raised 10 days after the service. During this time, our team reached out to you several times by phone. In our first conversation, we kindly requested photos of any specific areas you felt were missed so that we could immediately arrange a free re-clean and provide any additional work required. We also offered the option of a refund, depending on the findings, if it was confirmed that the service was not completed to our standards.
You agreed to send the photos and return our call, but we did not receive further information. When we contacted you again, you told us you were at work, so we scheduled a follow-up call for 5pm. We called at the agreed time, but unfortunately the call was not answered, and we received no response afterwards. Without photos, clarification, or the opportunity to return to the property, we were unable to take any further steps to resolve the matter for you.
We genuinely appreciate honest feedback, as it helps us improve. However, in this case, we were not given the chance to investigate properly or correct any issues. Our team—each with over 15 years of experience—was disappointed that their work was dismissed without the opportunity to address your concerns or provide the re-clean you were entitled to.
Our goal has always been to provide excellent service, and we remain fully committed to resolving any issues when customers allow us the opportunity. We are still here to help, and all options remain open to you. Please feel free to contact us so we can understand your concerns fully and work towards a satisfactory solution.
