Company won't send what you ordered and will refuse to refund.
An empty box was delivered instead of a laptop I ordered.
When trying to resolve the claim with the company they did not take any responsibility to resolve the situation other than to insinuate that either
A: the FedEx driver or my doorman stole it, or
B: someone I live with is playing a prank on me.
I appreciate all the above people in my life and did not enjoy reading these emails.
I'm not used to this kind of thing not getting resolved, hopefully my credit card company has my back.
