The delivery men kept me informed of their eta. Checked in with me 20 mins before arrival. Delivered the goods taking care of my possessions and were very polite.

The caller who arranged delivery was respectful as I explained where I lived, my house is difficult to find. He listened patiently. The delivery men on the day kept me upto date with where they were and what time exactly they expected to arrive. They were helpful and respectful of me and my property and my goods. All in all a very positive experience.

The delivery of a mattress was efficient and simple. A date was made, a time was offered and it all happened as expected. They actually went above and beyond as the delivery was on a Friday evening at 18:30 in Ashford, Kent and they then had to get back to Birmingham. They even took my old mattress away for a small fee. Nice guys doing reliable deliveries. What more could you want. Great job. Well done. Thank you.
