processing time

I wanted to address your concerns about the processing timeline for your visa application. Here’s what happened:

Initially, your application was pending because we didn’t receive the necessary reservation documents from you. We sent reminders, but it seems there was no response. Please check your junk or spam folder for our earlier communications.

To ensure there were no further delays, we went ahead and processed your application using a temporary reservation—without charging you any additional fees, even though the delay originated on your end.

Once submitted, your application went through additional security checks, which is a process we have no control over. This step is determined by the immigration authorities and can sometimes extend beyond the standard timeframe.

We appreciate your patience, if you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.

I like the fast service and quick…

I like the fast service and quick responses via the whatsapp the only thing that I dislike is the fee of the visa. After I had started my application, I saw that especially for the children some other visa services charge very low fees. Thats why I will not use your service next time. Thanks

While other services may offer lower fees, especially for children, they might not provide the same level of efficiency and reliability, particularly during high-demand periods when normal applications can take up to 8 working days.
