Great service. I received my visa in less than 48 hours
I am a Vietnamese citizen and applied for a UAE turist visa for 30 days. After I filled the form and send it, I received a first e-mail in which I was required to upload more documents like Copy of Residence Permit (should be valid for at least 90 days from your Date of Arrival), Copy of Return Air Tickets, NOC (No Objection Letter) from your Company stating that you Have Been Granted Leave and Will Resume Work after Your Trip (Letter should preferably be on the Company Letterhead and stamped/signed by an authorized company signatory) and Copy of Hotel Reservation. I uploaded them immediately and send them on the platform. I even used the chat and a person answered to me after 3 minutes. Everything was super profesional and I received my visa in less than 48 hours. Thank you for the great service!

"Declined" UAE eVisa
applied for a UAE eVisa on 22/12/2025 through your service. After waiting for seven days, the application status was updated to Declined.
Since the visa was not approved, I kindly request a refund of the visa processing fee of USD 189 that was paid for this application.
Please let me know the refund process and the expected timeline for receiving the amount. If you require any additional details from my side, I will be happy to provide them.

As shared earlier by our chat support team at the time of application, UAE visa approval is solely at the discretion of UAE Immigration authorities. Unfortunately, when an application is declined—especially by the security department—the authorities do not disclose the reason for rejection as part of their standard protocol.
In line with this, and as clearly outlined in our refund policy (which was acknowledged before proceeding with payment), visa processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a rejection. This is because the fee covers government processing, system submission, and administrative handling, all of which are incurred once the application is submitted. which you can review here:
