Great fun, chaotic organizing, too much upsell
OK so the actual driving and the time spent with the instructors were fabulous, a great experience! Let down by the chaotic organizing and the constant upselling. There shouldn't be a need to check in twice - spend some money on some tech. The impression given is that the whole event (4 cars plus fast lap) would take a couple of hours, we were there for over 4 hours. One car broke down twice and there didn't seem to be a quick process to offer alternatives to keep things moving along.
Consider adding some merch, would have loved to get a t-shirt for example.
The toilets were unclean with no running water, just sanitizer.
Had a great time overall, but just could have been better organized.

Chaos
Driving the E-Type Jaguar was fantastic, the instructor was excellent and the staff were helpful, but the organisation was absolute chaos.
It took over 30 minutes to check in ahead of my 2pm drive, and I watched the car sit on the tarmac until almost 3pm. I didn't get in the car for my drive until after 4pm - over 2 hours waiting!

A disappointing experience
I had booked 4 classic fords. Only one was available. I was offered alternatives which I accepted. My bookings were for 2.30pm/3pm/3.30pm and 4pm. My first drive was at 2.55, my second at 3.58 and my third was at 4.24. I never got my forth drive as they closed the track at 5pm. I was told to go back to check in to complete a Resolution form but the queue was so long and taking so long to process I gave up. The whole event was chaotic. Considering the cost I was very disappointed and frankly have been short changed.

Being told at short notice that cars were unavailable and then experiencing significant delays throughout the day is not the standard we aim to deliver.
We also appreciate how frustrating it must have been to miss your final drive due to track closure, particularly after the delays earlier in the day. On top of this, we are sorry to hear that the resolution process was not accessible for you due to long queues. That is not the experience we want for our customers, especially when you are trying to raise a concern on the day.
Your comments about organisation, scheduling, and communication are very important and will be shared with the management team to review in full. We absolutely understand your feeling of disappointment and that the day did not represent value for what you had booked.

Short but exhilarating!
The experience on the day was good and well organised, albeit a short one. The instructor was friendly and helpful, making me feel safe, while getting the most from the experience, at the same time.
I would say however, that booking a suitable experience from the voucher I had been gifted, became a bit of a cash grab, £25 to change to a weekend booking close to home, (paid). £40 Insurance waiver, (doubling the original voucher value, not paid). £20 per lap demo laps. (Not paid). On the day photo and videos. (Not paid)! So, although no pressure was applied to buy these add ons, be vigilant otherwise it could easily be an expensive day!

Staff were brilliant with kids
I purchased this as a present for my car mad daughter. Ordering on the website was easy although the order details I received later didn't clearly show the car upgrades I had chosen. A phone call to the company to check was easy though. On the day it was very busy with lots of different queues depending on the experience chosen. I had ordered a demo lap so my daughter could understand the track before driving, however they just used her first car for this instead so that was a bit of a let down as on the phone they said it would be a Ariel Atom or similar (which she was quite looking forward too). The experience in the 3 cars, Audi R8 V10, Ferrari 458, Lamborghini Huracan were all excellent. We chose 'thrill' which is 6 miles instead of 3, worked out at 10 laps per car. They started slow but gradually through the cars had her driving quicker and they were very friendly and encouraging. I must give a special thanks to Steve Cooper - he was the instructor for the 458 and Huracan and really put my daughter at ease with his friendliness and joking, the praise he gave her for her driving really made her so happy. He also arranged a bonus ride in the Atom, so she luckily got that wish thanks to his generosity. It's things like that which will make customers come back.
We also purchase a hot lap with one of the professional drivers, Nick was again very engaging and polite and really threw the car into the corners - it was excellent.
If I was nit-picking, the thing which I think could be improved on is (at least for the junior bit) is how the kids are called. They had one person shouting out the names, but there was also loud music coming from speakers near the tent, hence everyone was crowded around the caller just so they could hear. there isn't a line as such, it's just when you're called, so you do feel like you're hanging around a fair bit unsure when your turn is. As I said though, I'm nit-picking and overall it was a very very good experience and my daughter was delighted with the day.

My partner loved his experience day, it was a good day!! Staff were helpful and polite. I thought Isla was amazing, coordinating drivers and instructors effortlessly. If I could change anything it would be that the cars, however lovely, were not as maintained as I thought they would be and if honest, didn’t give that WOW factor I wanted. That being said, would definitely do it again.
