Seemed disorganised on the day. They were cars short due to the weather and were running behind, the real problem was that this was not conveyed to the waiting customers and some were getting frustrated at the lack of information.

Disappointed overall.
Disappointed with the voucher purchase, never received the gift pack. Their only explanation was that it was posted and just blamed the mail service, no apology.
Was sold a package and advised to book Dunsfold. When the gift recipient booked they had to pay premium for this location which wasn't explained when gift was purchased.
Experience was booked for 1130 but didn't get in the car until 1230. Was like a constant sales pitch for an hour by the staff at the track to buy add ons.
Having said all of the above - the actual experience in the car was great.

We also appreciate your concerns regarding the booking process and the additional cost for the Dunsfold location. We are sorry this was not made clearer at the point of purchase, as we absolutely aim for full transparency around any potential upgrade or location fees.
In addition, we are sorry to hear about the delay to your driving time and that the on-site experience felt overly focused on upselling. We understand how this can take away from the enjoyment of the day and your comments will be shared with the relevant teams for review.
That said, we are really pleased to hear that once you were in the car, the actual driving experience was great. That is what we strive for, and it’s good to know that part of the day delivered.

Dunsfold race track.
Dunsfold race track.
When we arrived, we checked in & was asked if we wanted to pay an extra £30 to have to two extra turns around the track to get used to it & therefore not waste time when actually having the driving experience which we chose. As it turns out, this wasn't needed, the track had been shortened & wasn't very big, therefore you couldn't get much speed up.
I'd brought this experience as part of my sons 21st birthday present & had chosen 4 cars & 4 laps. The first car he drove was a Ferrari, it had clearly been tuned down & the staff member who sat with him told him when he could change gear & how fast (or not) he could go, disappointing. The second car was a Lamborghini which was much better & the staff member was great, 3rd car a Aston Martin, not bad, the 4th was the Aerial Atom, this was massively tuned down, there was a queue of cars in front so couldn't he couldn't accelerate & the staff member changed gear rather than my son being able to fo this, very disappointing.
It was a very hot day & you have to wait for your name to be called for each car. There are long waits in between each drive & one of the stands was dealing with many more cars than other stands, it became crowded, people were becoming frustrated & staff more & more stressed.
This was expensive fir what it was & sadly I wouldn't recommend it.

While our instructors are there to ensure safety and guide drivers, we appreciate that this may have felt restrictive and taken away from the sense of independence and enjoyment you were expecting.
We also understand your frustration regarding waiting times between drives, the organisation on a very busy day, and the overcrowding you experienced at certain stations. Feedback like this is very important and will be shared with the team so we can review staffing levels, queue management, and communication on the day, especially during peak conditions and extreme weather.
We are genuinely sorry that the experience felt poor value and disappointing overall, particularly as it was a special gift for your son’s milestone birthday. That is never the outcome we want for our customers.

Great day for a petrol head but all the add on costs can rack up on your credit card as you get tempted to upgrade and drive the cars you can only dream of owning .
The VIP upgrade is definitely worth it if you have a guest with you as you get dedicated host( Thank you Koo you were amazing) who sorts out your race day drives without waiting around for your name to be shouted out and somewhere to sit with hot drinks.
On to the cars and instructors- the instructors are really friendly and talk you through the track as you are driving and help you get the most out of your day.
Only negative was on one the my driving ves out of the 4 different cars I drove we got stuck behind some old classic cars on the circuit and couldn’t overtake as this meant the drive was disappointing and not the experience you wanted or paid for. There was no problem with the other three drives.
The vip host Koo took this feedback onboard and as a part of the day also got me into the passenger ride in a Atom which was good of her but still never made up for the missed experience of the slow drive.
Overall a great day and a chance to drive some serious petrolhead cars.

Had a great drive in the E-Type
Had a great drive in the E-Type! Loved the experience. Very friendly, enthusiastic staff. Shuttle bus works well.
Toilets on site could be better - no water available. Registration process shouldn't take so long...long queue and only three out of five desks in use. Could have more seating/picnic tables for spectators. Plenty of parking but car park surface very uneven/potholed.
That said, I'd definitely go again and would recommend!
