Leaving a review because I don’t want others to expect a bad experience - as I was expecting!
Also going to the redeem gift card page, and finding that it was down, I worried immediately that I was going to have an issue. However, it was around midnight and every company needs to do updates at some point! I hoped that by the morning I would be able to access the page - and the next morning I was able to open the page with no problem.
I followed the clear instructions, and had redeemed the gift card and credited the amount to the retailer of choice within 20 minutes. I’ve given four stars rather than five, because of the delay caused by my initial attempt, but other than that, I found the process to be straightforward!

Fantastic customer service!
Taylor at Everywish couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting out an issue with a gift card, and it was sorted within a few hours. The label over the code on the card had been damaged so the code was illegible, and after sending pictures of the card and the receipt, Taylor sent me a new code. Fantastic!
