It's easy to place an order but then you find out that you need to request a quote. The items say "no minimum order quanitity" but then you find out the pricing they show on the website is for 50+ qty of the item. the price per item I paid was $0.48, but when I contact customer service, the actual cost is going to be $14.20 each. Bull, honestly.

The team at EverLighten brought me my dream of a custom product- I was amazed and so excited when it came. It took a little longer than expected (probably because CoViD, so no fault on them), but their service and patience made it such a wonderful experience. I loved working with them to get a finished product!

I’m a 65 year old woman who had a dream. “All great dreams begin with a dreamer,” Harriet Tubman said.

I live in the United States, in a deeply conservative part of the country. I’m surrounded by people who don’t believe in Climate Change, who don’t believe in protecting our environment, who don’t believe women should have rights. By nature I am not a particularly political woman. I am an artist, whose sole desire is to bring a bit of joy in the only planet we have! (There is NO planet B).

In 2018 I had a dream. I wanted to pay tribute to Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a thoughtful, brilliant 86 year old woman, who serves as the sanest voice on our Supreme Court. She is a legend in her own time. As some people worship pop singers, or movie stars, or athletes, RBG is my hero. I designed a sock of her, to pay tribute to her, combining my artwork—a drawn interpretation of her, along with an inspirational quote of hers. I tried several manufacturers, both in the USA and in China. I waited weeks and weeks, only to be gravely disappointed. Either the quality was poor, or the design didn’t look anything like mine, or the fabric was synthetic. But I didn’t give up. I tried several factories that I’d heard about from other designers.
Not met my satisfaction!

Out of the blue, I received an e/blast from EverLighten. I usually delete that kind of email. But this one was different. It was well written and offered prices and a time line that I was convinced was bogus. Even though I figured it was another gimmick, I responded. I had nothing to lose.

When about 2 weeks later, The socks arrived, I was utterly blown away! it was perfect. Now, not much than a year and a half later, I have almost 60 different styles of socks. I have gone from ordering 100 socks at a time to 1000 at a time. I can’t keep them in stock.
I have to hire a book keeper and two employees.

My socks are in almost every state in the US—Museum shops, galleries, high end boutiques, book stores. They have gone viral.

I have one person to thank. One person who I can’t thank enough. And that is Michael. I’m his #1 fan. I can’t praise him his work ethic, and his work highly enough. He’s honest with the integrity of a saint. And he is a perfectionist. I will never try another place! I couldn’t be happier!
