Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They advertise merchandise that they claim "they do not have". Makes absolutely no sense. They never send you a confirmation email as they claim. Then they cancel all your items saying they are "out of stock". But then they relist the item for sale!

I haven't received an email confirmation and didn't know how else to get communication...
Update: I emailed them to let them know my email address was not a typo and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but no such luck...I haven't heard back and my order was canceled for a 3rd time. I wanted the shoes as they are very difficult to find and they keep showing available but obviously are not...not really understanding the concept of their customer service or their business plan...1/25/2024

Maybe if I post on this site they will respond because they haven’t responded to me as of yet. Why does this company claim they will send you an email after you supposedly purchase something? They have had this problem for months without resolving the issue which is not acceptable. I really want the sweater I ordered so I will give them untill today to respond. I hope this company isnt working off of peoples emotions because they cannot find their items anywhere else. If this is the case, it’s very sad that people do this.

I placed a order and never got a email confirmation so I cancelled the order and it was refunded I still want the item and reorder it if I could get some kind of confirmation I have tried to contact you by chat email and call you and I get ahold of anyone

Paid $70 for a pair of shoes for Christmas for my boyfriend. The help center link doesnt work and neither does chat. Never recieved confirmation email. I did ask for a returm which then allowed me to cancel my order and i did receive a refund.

I placed an order today 11/7/2023 and did not get an email of confirmation. As well, the chat link does not work so I cannot speak with anyone.
Also, I am trying to add my apartment number to my address and there is no link to update the address. However, there is a link to delete the address. if there is a problem, I expect to hear from someone right away.

Fraudulent site.
Ordered a Le Creuset Brasier Indigo 5qt. Was told the sale was accepted and completed only to then be informed that there was an inventory issue and the item was no longer available. That would have been fine except that the item is still listed on the website and indicates that my order was filled. Neither is true. Total false advertising. This site is fraudulent.

Dodgy and unprofessional

Great quality - real deal product with easy shopping experience!
It is an easy site to use. The search engine could be more specific, but I found my product easily enough. The pricing wheel is a great tool. I had put in the wrong address at first, but it was super easy to retract the order and re-order it, giving me a high confidence in the money transaction interface.

Three strikes you are out
Three strikes you are out. I see lots of positive reviews on this company. I ordered shoes twice and each order was cancelled as the product was deemed out of stock. The third order experience is the one that makes me know not to bother with this company again. I placed another shoe order and it was billed to my credit card (Capital One) on 12/13/2022.I received the product but it was not up to my expectation, I mailed product back on 12/21/22. I received acknowledgement from Buyr.com on 12/27/22 that my return was delivered and being restocked, I was to allow the retailer at least 48 hours to process. On 01/05/23 since not receiving my refund I contacted Buyr.com.
On 01/06/23 The response from Buyr. com sounds ridiculous, "If money not in my account, contact Capital One and determine why they'd with hold the money. REALLY, a reputable credit card company does not hold refunds. I finally contacted my credit card company, they also could not believe the response from Buyr. com. My credit card company is issuing a dispute for this issue. I think Ebay or Amazon provide better experiences, this company seems to deal with retailers, who have limited stock or slow processing on customer refund

False advertising, poor vendor management
Submitted a reasonable bid for a jacket. Then Buyr offered me a bid 20% below the guaranteed price to place the order immediately, which I accepted. Buyr immediately charged me and then the next day said the retailer lied and didn’t have it in stock. 1) Don’t charge my credit card until the product is shipped! 2) Don’t say something is guaranteed if it isn’t!

it was fine. customer service was proficient in communication. they dont get the full five because the estimate was not as accurate as it should have been i was waiting for my shipment a week inadvance.
