Your site is a scam
Your site is a scam. Your logo looks like the Tower Theatre but your prices are twice the price. I was not able to cancel 4 hours after my purchase and now I have a $51 ticket that I don't want and can't sell because tickets from the venue are only $36. I would love to sue you, but I will spread the word on social media NOT to use your site.

Technology made everything worse
Finding tickets was easy. I do not know what kind of racket goes on after that. Several emails about “acquiring tickets” “transferring tickets” “available tickets” - just noise. The issue is not whether a general disclosure exists, but whether it is clear, prominent, and sufficient given the overall presentation of the website.
Your site closely resembles an official ticket vendor in both layout and checkout flow, which can reasonably lead consumers to believe they are purchasing from a primary seller. The disclosure that prices “may be above or below face value” does not adequately communicate that tickets may be listed at significantly inflated prices compared to the official source.
In my case, I was charged $446 per ticket, while the same tickets were available through Ticketmaster for approximately $153 per ticket. This is a substantial difference that was not clearly or transparently presented prior to purchase.
I attempted to cancel shortly after the transaction and was denied.
This matter is currently under review through Affirm, and a complaint has been filed with the Attorney General due to concerns regarding misleading business practices.
I remain open to resolving this matter directly and am requesting a full refund.
I purchased two tickets for a John Legend concert through Event Tickets Center for a total of $977.21.
The website presentation closely resembles an official ticket vendor, and it was not clearly or prominently disclosed that this is a resale marketplace with significantly inflated pricing. Based on the layout and checkout process, I believed I was purchasing from an authorized primary seller.
Immediately after completing my purchase, I discovered that the same tickets were available through Ticketmaster for approximately $153 per ticket, compared to the $446 per ticket I was charged. This is a substantial and material price difference that was not clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Although there is a general statement that prices “may be above face value,” this disclosure is not sufficient given the extent of the markup and the overall presentation of the site.
I attempted to cancel shortly after purchase, but my request was denied under an “all sales final” policy.
I have since filed a dispute through Affirm and submitted a complaint to the Attorney General due to the misleading nature of this transaction.
I would strongly advise others to verify they are purchasing directly from the official ticket provider before using this site.
I am still seeking a full refund and hope the company will resolve this matter promptly.

When called out on it, they make every excuse to screw you. When I had my credit card company fight the charge it took them two months to respond. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I hope they are shut down for the deception they use.

I purchased tickets for a 4/24/26 event on 4/8/26 and was immediately worried when the expected receipt of tickets would be the day before the event, 4/23/26. It is currently 4/24/26, the day of the event and still haven't received my tickets. In 30 years of purchasing tickets I've never experienced such a system. I will never use this service again.

This was my first time using Eventtickets. I have not bought any tickets to anything for some time. I should have checked directly with the venue or otherwise investigated pricing I was ripped off. I bought two tickets each for $135, but the ticket price didn’t show, only the total, over $700. Once I received the tickets I saw the abuse. Fooled me once. Never again.

I bought 400$ worth of tickets in November for a concert in April, I didn’t hear anything so I called them on the morning of the concert. They said everything was in order and I would receive the tickets at 3:30pm. 4hrs before the concert they refunded my tickets without even contacting me. It ended up costing me 800$ from travel cost and hotel because they told me my tickets would be ready. The service is awful and refunds will be less than you pay! NEVER use this company stick to well established business especially if your in Canada going to a Canadian concert!

After 7 emails since purchase and 2 hours on the phone today being assured I would have the tickets in time they then let me know they did not have the tickets and could not find replacements for the show ( The OutSiders ) . After being told, then they informed me i could not speak to a manager or supervisor. Now the show is sold out . I still don't know where my tickets are. There's no link in the confirmation to download them and no apparent way to transfer them to my wallet. The event is in August and I have a guest traveling in to attend with me. I'd prefer more clarity, ease of use and transparency in the purchase process.
