Coldplay tickets for Saturday 23 rd August were fake. Travelled to Wembley for birthday treat ( £270 tickets )only to find the tickets eventpoint supplied were rejected at the turnstile. After an hour discussing at the box office who really tried to help they confirmed that I had been scammed… obviously with travel etc £500 out of pocket !!

They are fraud, never replied to purchase order and no tickets were sent.

I purchased concert ticket in April 2025 and I haven't received my tickets yet. The concert date is in August next week and I can't access this website. I had tried to send few contact messages to ask about my order but they never replied and their site is unreachable most of time making it difficult to contact them.
I have concluded they are fraud.

We take all customer feedback seriously and are committed to providing the best possible service. However, after thorough investigation, we have not found any record of an order placed under your name or any matching details. Despite multiple requests, you have not provided any order information to help us verify your claims.

Additionally, we are aware that multiple reviews associated with your account have been flagged and removed for violating platform guidelines. We welcome honest reviews from genuine customers, but repeated attempts to post misleading or false information are harmful and unfair—not only to us but also to other potential customers who rely on accurate feedback.

We kindly ask that you refrain from further attempts to damage our reputation and instead reach out to us directly if you have any legitimate concerns. We are always happy to resolve real issues with real customers.
