Fake tickets on Coldplay concert. They sent me Scottish library QR code as tickets.
Coldplay tickets for Saturday 23 rd August were fake. Travelled to Wembley for birthday treat ( £270 tickets )only to find the tickets eventpoint supplied were rejected at the turnstile. After an hour discussing at the box office who really tried to help they confirmed that I had been scammed… obviously with travel etc £500 out of pocket !!
I bought a ticket for couldplay tonight 22/07/25 and never receive the tickets.
I’ve send an email and no reply. Find the companny details (website and contact) it is very difficult, I would say almost impossible.
The only email I have is a order confirmation from apeil 2025.
I purchased concert ticket in April 2025 and I haven't received my tickets yet. The concert date is in August next week and I can't access this website. I had tried to send few contact messages to ask about my order but they never replied and their site is unreachable most of time making it difficult to contact them.
I have concluded they are fraud.
No reply if you have a question no aftercare service at all I don’t even know if my tickets are real of fake
Never received any tickets. Another site setup up to scam
