Not a good company. The knowingly ship out defective merchandise and they also do not post bad product reviews on their website. I wrote a bad review about a product I received defective from them numerous times and the review never showed up on the site. Very dishonest company. Shipping is also very slow.

Product and quality is good. The one disappointment is that I received one upright pipe damage. There was a dent in one of the pole and it was hard to put it in or take out. I know that one of the pole was mail to me intentionally, because The carton and wrapping was in good condition, no holes on carton or carton crushed. I didn’t have enough time to mail the product back and get a replacement on time for my event so I end up keeping the dent upright pipe.

I placed an order over a week ago and paid for expedited shipping. I even called to make sure it would arrive on time and it did not. Highly upset and this is the 2nd time I didn’t receive an order on time.

I made a $10,000 order and ordered…
I made a $10,000 order and ordered black drape but when it went through it changed to white. I did not receive a confirmation email. When I contacted the company the next day And asked about changing the white drape to black drape they said it was my fault and I would have to pay for shipping to ship the white drape back. I do not understand why they would do that after out we spent so much money
