Extremely bad service no items arrived
I am extremely dissatisfied about the service . I ordered and paid for a helmet which was meant to be delivered with 4 days . It did not arrive! I contacted the company and they said that they would deliver it the following day!!..this again did not happen!!..after the 3rd time that I contacted them they said they would speak with the delivery company and chase it up!!..it still has not arrived and they have not even bothered to communicate with me!!..I am fed up with chasing them and I am now nearly £100 down with no item !!..completely awful service would not recommend this company!!..will be going to Trading Standards !!

Unfortunately we were let down by our previous logistics company Caribou who took on a lot of contracts and could not deal with them, we were one of many companies that have had issues. We are still trying to retrieve all the items that are stuck in depots around the country. We have now got a contract with Hermes and this is proving to be very good even in peak season. We're really sorry that the experience wasn't up to our usual level, however we have made sure that it won't happen again by changing companies and having a solid plan if that fails as a back up.
Waited 6 days for delivery & still no response to my email
I brought my items on a Friday as they offered 48hrs delivery so it said it would be delivered Monday. I never received my items until Thursday evening & when I’ve sent them an email they still have never replied. Although the items are what I order I wasn’t able to give the item to the owner (friends birthday on the Wednesday) when I visited & will now have to wait a couple of weeks until I see them again. They haven’t even apologised yet,
Hopefully this will encourage a reply.

I have emailed them and try to get in contact with someone at EvenStrokes to get an update on my package or at least a tracking number but have not gotten a response. I got an email saying my package has shipped but now that email is no where to be found and I was not given a tracking number in that email. I hate leaving bad review but because my order was over 200$ I am quite upset.
