Very special people work here. Have ordered from even strokes a few times it is very hard to get in contact with them. Shipping is very slow but thats not the worst. They will have you waiting weeks with no contact or nothing then they just cancel the order as 3 quarters of the stuff on there website is not in stock and they cant be bothered to get it. I will not use even strokes again i ordered a hinson clutch hub for my bike. After 8 days they cancelled the order and told me i ordered the wrong part i should have ordered a clutch basket. Whay the hell is wrong with these people i did not want a clutch basket fools at the highest calibre if you ask me. Just lazy fools that will keep hold of your money for as long as possible

Hey Grant, sorry about the experience you received. Regarding the Hinson Clutch Hub this was a typo from myself so hands up I got this wrong. With Hinson there are huge supply issues with the product coming from central Belgium so we order in like most people as and when the part is required. In future we will add 'Call for Stock update' when ordering any Hinson product.
Once we were unable to get the part for you we refunded your Clearpay money straight away. Although we offer ClearPay and Klarna to help spread the payments we don't control how quickly they put the money back.
The business at present is operated by myself only, we have 8000 parts in stock in a 2500sqft warehouse, 500 helmets, 600 sets of kit, so over £400,000 in stock. However to have every part for every bike in every brand we would need close to £4 million. Your valuable feedback has been take on board by this crazy fool.
