I bought a double stroller which has been a fantastic purchase. Easy to put together and received many compliments. We use evenflo bottles, breast pump and carseat which I have no complaints regarding.

I love this stroller. I was really disappointed when it was broken by a family member. The seat is comfortable and easy to recline into the bassinet feature when my son falls asleep.

Excellent customer service - I had trouble ordering online and called customer service. They had trouble as well, so they sent me the replacement part for free!

There was some miscommunication in the beginning, but they fixed it and listened to all of my concerns! Very personable and friendly team.

Great car seats I have loved mine so much!

They ended up holding $600 on my debt card for a $300 item. Once I received the car seat and stroller it was the wrong one, not even the same color that I chose the receipt had the correct ones that I ordered

Evenflo replaced a high chair that broke under warranty. It was shipped promptly and i returned the broken one in the shipping box.

My stroller came broken, after waiting three weeks for it

I ordered a double stroller twin stroller. Of course I was expecting the stroller to be large and sturdy. But, it is not possible to fit this stroller into the trunk of my SUV when it is folded down. Even fitting it in a closet will require you to completely clean out the closet. I am not regretting the purchase, and this stroller is now useless for family trips because we can not pack it into our vehicle. I was hoping this stroller would bring back some freedom and let me get out and about with the kids, but I am now restricted to only places within walking distance.

This stroller also has a horrible turning radius and the kids just look very uncomfortable, they are far to upright in their seats. I am wishing we got the a stroller that was compatible with the girls car seats and we simply click them in. We have to travel with their car seats anyway.
