I had a new garage door fitted after the previous one was damaged because of an attempted break.
The door was replaced which I was happy with then it didn’t stay open properly so Evander came out and sorted it without any question and now it’s brilliant.
I’m extremely happy with the service provided.

French door replacement
The glass in my home French doors was broken during a burglary, and my home insurance company, QuoteMeHappy, assigned Evander to carry out the repair.
An engineer came to inspect the damage about 10 days after I reported it to the insurance company, and the actual repair took another 3 weeks due to material ordering. Overall, it took about a month after the burglary for the work to be completed.
The staff were professional throughout the process. The entire French door unit, including the frame, was replaced, and the job was completed in around 4 hours. The new doors are good quality, and the installation looks neat overall.
However, when I checked more closely the next day, I found that one brick underneath the door frame was loose, and the gap beneath the frame had not been properly sealed. I had to do some additional DIY work myself to make it fully weatherproof.

Nothing but praise for the way I was dealt with from start to finish. Prompt attention to make the broken door secure. I was kept updated throughout whilst new door was being built. Whenever I had ocassion to talk on the phone with staff I was treated with respect. Same applies to workmen who attended to take measurements. The new door when delivered and fitted was perfect. Identical to the original one and a first class job by the fitters. Like said earlier. Evander could not be faulted. Thankyou.
