Avoid if you ever expect things to go wrong.
When my shipment ran into issues due to a false positive scan for batteries, I contacted Eurosender every single day for over a month. Every response was a variation of the same thing: "we are waiting to hear from FedEx", "the delays are FedEx's responsibility, not ours", "we cannot share the full updates we have from FedEx information due to internal rules." Not once did anyone take action, escalate meaningfully, or provide a single concrete next step.
Most seriously: the tracking number assigned to my returned package has now been reassigned to a completely different shipment, which is showing a false proof of delivery. This is not my package. Eurosender has been made aware of this and has not addressed it.
As the shipper of record, Eurosender has a legal obligation to act on my behalf with the courier. Instead, they used FedEx as a shield to avoid doing anything at all. When I urged them daily to contact FedEx about my returned package, I was ignored. 3 other packages were perfectly fine but is stuck in customs clearance and is now not released because Eurosender won't fulfill the release papers. When I asked for written confirmation of what actions had been taken, I was told they couldn't share that.
One month of daily follow-ups. Zero resolution. Zero accountability. Zero transparency.
They are perfectly adequate when nothing goes wrong. The moment there is a problem, you are entirely on your own.

Finding out your relocation partner that isn't actually a partner makes it a nightmare.
I paid over €3.2k to Eurosender for a relocation from the Netherlands to Greece.
Here is how that "premium service" actually went:
• Zero Plan Until the Last Day: Despite constant follow-ups, I received no logistics plan until 24 hours before the move.
• Paid for Help, Did it Myself: I paid €266 extra for full loading/unloading services. However, the driver confirmed the company never forwarded those funds nor even notified them that they were responsible for the labor. My brother-in-law and I ended up loading 80% of the van ourselves.
My back is killing me.
• The Breaking Point: I could not hold my stuff more, I have just sold my apartment. To avoid a €5,000 daily fine due to strict apartment handover penalties, I had to take matters into my own hands.
The Reality?
Because the service failed with one mistake after another, I rented a van myself, I am driving 2,500km to Greece to unload, driving back to the Netherlands to return a rental van, and then driving to Greece again in my own car another 2.500km
The "Professional" Response?
Despite these operational failures, no accountability. Eurosender is still withholding a €550 + VAT cancellation fee. No consideration.
I’m sharing this to warn my network: Customer trust is built on accountability.
When a company prioritizes a fee over a total service collapse, they show you exactly what their reputation is worth.

I made ONE mistake with the extra weight of the stuff (in my defence I cannot weight accurately with my eyes nor have a way to weight stuff from a full apartment) before everything goes south & showed accountability. Eurosender, not.
Eurosender asked me to better book through email, not their website (weirdly enough) and on the email there was nowhere mention about any cancellation fee.

Very bad experience it’ is a charterer company who negociate whit all courier.
They manage nothing, pickup date aren’t respected delivery time the same.
You find no solution with them, working hours from 8 am to 6 pm, your problems are stopped during closing hours you have to wait.
In my case 8 days delay
