Received parcel, paid for shipping. Since I provided receipt by email I stoped receiving any response from company... 1 Week since I provided requested details...

Works in the beginning well, but than parcel disapear and absolut no response to emails and finding a solution. Shame on europemailbox. When you have money on your account with them it is gone. I think it's a scam.

Hi, my parcel stucked for a week in Poland to accept and despatch it, but the service works.

This company received my package no . 00559007738245807455 on the 6th of november 2023 and it hasnt been delivered to me.I tried to contact them but no response.Seems like a scam ! Filed already a complain with paypal and moving forward to fraud departament. DO NOT USE their services !

They do their job but if anything happens you wont be able to contact them, they should have sent me 2 parcels, one sent and arrived the other one they gave me the same tracking as the old package, when trying to contact them no response, 3 phone numbers - 2 dead 1 not responding, emails ive sent like 7-8 , 0 response, i opened a paypal dispute but my problem is not getting my money back but the parcel was around 500 euro, i need my parcel, if they dont respond and send it i will open a fraud complaint.

This company received from DPD my parcel Nr.:13885017049334 on 30.10.2023 but they didn‘t send it to me up to now. No response to my multiple messages.

I have tried to call every phone number I can find for them and none of them are in service. They had a parcel of mine at their Czech warehouse for 10 days before sending. Sent me a tracking number after I badgered them a while. DHL tracking says the label was created June 16th and that’s all! It’s now 10 days later and nothing has changed. Stay away. They take your money and keep your packages.
EDIT July 6/23. So the day after I threatened to charge them with fraud, the parcel suddenly appeared in the DHL system. That was June 28/23. My parcel finally arrived to me a full month after they received it. I’m glad I got my package but I still will not be doing business with them ever again. Also, I still can not reach them by phone and their emails are very unprofessional like they were written by a teenager.

I shipped parcel from Poland to Germany and everything was ok.

These guys are a Scam. I ordered two packages that were delivered over a month ago as shown by the tracking. I contacted this company and was told my account was shut down. I have money deposited in them for receiving and forwarding my mail.

The phone number is dead and they do not respond to emails. AVOID THESE GUYS AS ALL COSTS.

I would give ZERO stars if I could.

So this company is indeed legit. They will hold your parcels and ship them abroad.

As others have mentioned... Don't expect them to respond to your messages or questions in any way. All their phone numbers are either dead or will ring until they're cut off. They won't reply to emails.

I paid for shipping on my items, heard nothing for a month and opened a PayPal dispute with them. They then responded straight away and sent the package out quickly. Whether they would've sent my items if I didn't go through PayPal I don't know.

The company is based on the borders between Germany, Czech republic and Poland and can combine items from each of the countries. This is a positive.

They also overcharged for shipping (I paid either 60 or 70 eur and the reciept said 35 eur). They will mark your item as a low value so don't expect it to be insured.

If you have other option for proxies go with them. If you have to go with europemailbox then be prepared to threaten to withhold payment.

They carry out what they advertise. However, the moment any issues arise it is almost impossible to get into contact with them.

3 stars, because they were able to eventually resolve it. But, they really need to ramp up their customer support.

this company is not a funny joke. I have been trying to reach them and contact them via e-mail for two days. Zero answers. This is probably a scam, please be careful.

They are not responding to support requests.
I'm a bit worried about the package that I've sent to their address.
