DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THEM! THEY FALSELY ACCUSED ME OF FRAUD WHEN MY PLANS CHANGED
I purchased a travel insurance from them and the plans changed when my travel companion's visa got rejected and we couldn't go during those dates. Then I reached out to this company asking if they could cancel my insurance (as I wasn't sure about the new travel dates at the time), to which they said no and I was fine with it.
Then I informed them that I would be changing the dates of my travel from December 1-January 5 to December 21-27. They literally didn’t have to change anything from their end as I had already paid for the whole 36 days. My new dates were already covered in my original insurance purchase.
BUT THEY FALSELY ACCUSED me of VISA FRAUD and they told me they would be reporting me to the system/authorities. I have never faced such unfounded accusations in my life before and this is beyond unacceptable.
People's plans change due to unforeseen circumstances and you cannot threaten your customers when they want to make changes to their plan. I demand an apology as this is extremely offensive and I will NEVER purchase insurance from them.
Beware, their customer service is ready to accuse you and they will tell you they will report you to the system "for fraud" if you want to make changes to your insurance. I am extremely disappointed. Had my travel companion's visa been approved on time for the initial dates I provided, this would not have happened, but now I know that next time I travel to Europe, I won't be purchasing my insurance from this company.

Unfortunately, these communications seemed contradictory, leading to confusion. Our intention was never to be unfair; rather, we aimed to accommodate your needs within our policy guidelines. It's important to note that our insurance has been utilized for visa purposes, and any changes post-usage require careful verification by our team. We take pride in the trust placed in us by thousands clients who continue to choose our services. We regret that we have not been able to reach a mutual agreement, in the hundreds of cases of this type that we deal with, in this case, and are discouraged by any misleading information that may damage our commitment to the integrity of the service. We remain open to resolving any misunderstandings and hope to find a more positive resolution in the future.
