Stay away from such a bad service!!! They do not change policies and do not follow their own terms and conditions of the policy issuance. I would never ever buy again from this scam.

I recently purchased travel insurance through Europe Insurance and overall I’m pleased with the service. The process was straightforward, thepolicy details were clearly explained, and I had no trouble getting confirmation quickly.

Buying insurance is easy and first. However when contacting for the claim, did not receive sms password for case number log-in. Sending email and asking how to receive pw been 2 days and no responses. Cannot proceed further.

I am very satisfied with their service, they are very fast in answering emails and fixing the problem. 5 star.

I made mistake in the name of policyholder while purchasing but i got very very quick help from Europe insurance support in correcting document .
Europe Insurance team was super quick in addressing the problem and within half an hour i got new corrected insurance document .

When my mum got sick, I called the insurance company to ask if it was okay to take her to the A&E. They told me it was fine, and everything was communicated and agreed before any action. At the hospital, I gave them the insurance details as requested, and they spoke with the company directly. Everything seemed to be sorted out so that I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. However, a few weeks later, I received a bill from the hospital. I paid it and then began the process of claiming it back. I followed up the insurance company every month (phone, email), and I started to worry it was a scam because of how long it was taking. After nearly a year, they finally reimbursed me around €3000, covering all the costs without a deductible. Although it took a long time, they did eventually pay out.

I purchased travel insurance from them, which is valid from 05th May 2024 to 02nd August 2024. We changed our minds about applying for visas and realized it was mistake. Then immediately I reached out to this company, asking to cancel our insurance and refund to same way I paid (as I wasn't sure about the new travel dates at the time). But the company is accusing me of anti-money laundering.

Paying by credit card and getting a refund on the same card can't happen so called money laundering. The company knows, but the company is trying its best to hold my money. 

Once you buy a policy from them, you can't expect to get money back (easily) from them . Seems It's painful for the company to cancel the policy. Previously, we bought a dozen pieces of travel insurance for visa purposes from other companies and sometimes we had to cancel because not always everything works out as we plan. We have never faced such unfounded accusations in my life before, and this is beyond unacceptable. NEVER BUY insurance from this company. Now I realized that his company is a third party, they do not have their own insurance company.

I made a mistake in date of birth. But
Europe Insurance team corrected it quicker than my expectations. It took them less than two days. Which is okay because I emailed them on weekend. And on Monday less than 7 hours. And this is more than acceptable time for an international company with massive number of customers.

I buy several times travel insurance with Europe Insurance, very easy , fast to get a quotation and fill the form for the insurance. Great rates. Fortunatly for the moment never have to use their services. Fully recommended
