Never going to use them again.

The 15th of August wallet problem

The 15th of August I bought random numbers on their website, 7 lots. Trusting the machine, I didn’t record the numbers. I could say I did write the members, they were winners numbers!!!… I’m not like that. Day after, the numbers of the 7 lots disappeared. Explanation from EuroJackpot, Experiencing a malfunction with the Wallet. The wallet didn’t t have a problem, I saw the 7 lots on my account! I certainly wasn’t be able to see them if I didn’t pay, (paid from my bank account the 15th at 12:02). So yes they were in my wallet. Why did they disappeared, were they winners lots!? Contacting the Customer Service via messenger, I asked if they had my numbers to verify the results, they didn’t reply. I asked a second time if they have my numbers in their data, nope, nothing, no answer, no lots numbers listed on my account. They answered: I will be refund, adding “everyone can have a malfunction once in a while”. What!? Well no, not Nederlands Lotterij, not with millions of euro. I/we play with confidence and trust, believing everything will work perfectly. One, I maybe had the winners numbers, second, Nederlands Lotterij has committed a fault, maybe more.
This situation have definitely an impact on feelings and emotions.
I have the feeling of having been trampled. It’s unacceptable.

Nope, always just 0.00 euros

Nope, I have been playing for 4 years , maybe won ones or twice less than 10 euros and always just 0.00 euros for the rest of the time! Not going to play anymore as the Netherlands don’t stand a change!
