After being let down by other suppliers we requested a quote from Eurocell for the installation of a Garden Room with composite cladding.
The advisor Robin Iles visited at the agreed date and time. He was very helpful and friendly and easy to deal with and gave constructive advice on the product suitable for our space and budget. He provided a written quote by email the same day and arranged a delivery and building slot within two weeks.
Various items were delivered a few days before fitting and a gentleman arrived two days before fitting and fitted the large base screws.
Having finished another job the construction team led by Dan arrived a day early and the build was completed within three days staying late on the final day to ensure it was completed for the weekend. Dan and his team were very friendly and helpful checking with us at various stages in the construction.
The whole process went very smoothly with the survey and building being carried out in the extreme heat conditions.

Robin Iles was our main point of contact and he was helpful from beginning to end. He changed our design several times on our request and was very knowledgable. We were impressed with the speed that the garden room was installed and are are happy with it.

I Placed an order (79864) on 11/07/2028 at Oldham branch. I was told this will be arrived on following Thursday as our delivery comes every Thursday. Phoning on the day, they said sorry your stuff hasn't arrived. Somewhere something went wrong so you have to wait till next Thursday. On following Thursday I made a phone call to find out regarding the delivery, person on the phone said apologies we don't have that particular item in our stock. I was pretty disappointed with the service as Eurocell wasted my 2 weeks for nothing. Went to collect my refund today. I was dealt by Khawar whom was very helpful and handled everything very professionally.

Only constructive feedback is for Eurocell to consider interest free packages to make it affordable. I really want a dream garden room but cannot afford if without a 0% financial package over a period of time

As a company very helpful though product knowledge is sometimes limited due to low use of certain items.
The only reason for not getting five stars is the delivery times are not as advertised, allow at least a week to save any hassles.

I ordered online but no clarification on delivery, so I called Stoke store and spoke to Aidan who went above and beyond to sort my order out, they didn’t have enough so he went that extra mile to contact all stores to see who got the extra then sent his driver to that branch to collect and even dropped off to me that same afternoon, an absolute gem and an asset to your company, shame other companies don’t have staff like Aidan, very polite, will definitely pop in store on next order, thank you again Aidan your a star 🌟

I sent an email twice on yesterday and today and no reply , I ordered and paid materials over £500 on 15th July , already pass one week , not see anything ? My order 000218737

I was able to order online easily. The price was very good as it was reduced. They delivered the following day. The products were exactly what I needed for my project.

The products used in my conservatory look very good quality and I hope they will continue to be hard wearing and functional. There was a pricing issue: one item ordered wasn’t correct so I felt I’d been overcharged. I worked out that VAT hadn’t been included on the website solely for that item, drew this to their attention and it took 4 emails from me over 5 weeks to arrive at the same conclusion from Eurocell! Apart from that, I continue to use the company for their service, quality and fairly competitive prices. Delivery from the Anglesey branch was excellent.

We’ve just had our first garden room installed by Eurocell and are really impressed with the whole experience. Robin Iles talked us through everything, answered all our questions, and sorted any little issues quickly and efficiently. He was a big reason we felt confident going ahead.

The grounds team and fitters were focused, hardworking, polite, and approachable, which really put our minds at ease even more. We’re very glad we chose Eurocell. Thank you so much :)

Order took 8 days to arrive so not as advertised. Order processing needs to be improved considerably.
