How long can a delivery take…

Around 10 days ago I have made what is going to be my last purchase of virus clothing. Can‘t say anything about the quality but waiting this long and it hasn‘t even left Ireland yet is just insane to me.
Your shitty social media campaigns are just there to portray as customer friendly and competent brand, which you certainly no longer are. Buy from somebody else guys.

Fraudulent Company

Like many other Virus customers, I ordered a pair of large size compression shorts from this company and received a small size - completely useless to me. There is no telephone number available to contact them so email is the only option, which they ignore. Therefore I have been blatantly defrauded. Judging by other review on Trustpilot, this seems to be common practice with Virus so perhaps a class action is appropriate. A company should not be able to consistently defraud customers with impunity. I shall first be contacting Trading Standards to see if something can be done.

Quality has diminished substantially

I bought three pairs of shorts via online purchase based on two pairs of virus shorts I bought at Arnold Classic ten years ago.
Previously like 10 years ago this brand was great Now its nasty. Fabric seems cheaper, zips blow out in two months, logo just washes off. I guess after ten years they learnt to take some short cuts pardon the pun

this brand is not yet to be trusted

On the surface seems straight forward enough, even good value, until you reach an issue. like, upload your details, via the app, that wont accept them, so your switching from laptop to phone, and you can't do it on both devices .. and therefore wont accept the booking. Then you need a DVLA code, that you get from the the DVLA site from the government website.
it provides the code - but the Viruso app / website wont accept it.
all this is happening to huge frustration, and THERE IS NO HELP from the company. nothing.
then you wonder if you are being conned, and they have now taken all your details, your drivers licence, address, images .. and then you wonder have i just been scammed. i guess i will have to wait and find out !! they have ALOT to sort out, if they are to be a trusted brand!

Waited over 1month and paid huge taxes

I love their clothes but company is rude, incompetent and don’t control deliveries and responds on email to customer service with huge delay.

But let’s start from the beginning:

Part A (15th June 2023)
First I made 2 orders at the same day literally one after another 20minutes between.
I received tracking in next 2 days everything was ok. But packages never reach my place.
I contacted customer support they contacted me back with 2 days delay and said “there were problem with export papers package returned to our warehouse”

Part B (27 June 2023)
Instead money return I asked them to sent it again. I received ONLY one order second they didn’t sent. I asked customer service where is second one…

Part C (14th July 2023)
After huge battle trough the emails with customer service (some items were out of stock!! They sold my items - at least what they said that they don’t have some items on stock) I forced them to send second order as it was primarily made.

Part D (20th July 2023)
Order was shipped. I received it and I had to pay import taxes for it for first time ever (ordering from virus).

I made several orders (I guess approx 5 orders) when Virus was relocated to UK and never never I pay single cent for import taxes.

For this order I had to. The biggest question is: If I made primarily 2 orders at the same day - WHY 1st WAS DELIVERED WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES AND SECOND WAS WITH TAXES. I asked customer service about it - they respond me quick that they will investigate it and let me know…

Grand Final (9th August 2023)
They of course didn’t contacted me back. I wrote them an email again.
They wrote me back that they cannot guarantee anything because it’s my country policy…

Trough the years I made several orders but when company moved from Denmark to Uk started delays and problems. I was accepting it because clothes was top quality.

Now I’m frustrated and angry because I paid approx 33% order price in taxes after waiting for it over 1 month.

Dear Virus let me know when you will move back to EU. Because in UK you warehouse, logistics and customer service is s**t!!!

Stealing money

As several others have mentionned, customer service is not answering at all. I haven't received what I ordered so they have basically just stolen my money.
I am based in Norway, but I sincerely hope somebody in the UK will take legal action on this company!
Do not recommend what so ever so order from this company.

Never again

Used to be great until the warehouse moved to the UK. Order to the NL took 3 weeks to arrive at customs. No mention on their site that orders are shipped from the UK (as opposed to Scandinavia before) so that customs fees need to be paid. Very little and untimely communication, no transparency and above all, almost a month later - no items and no refund. Extremely disappointed. I was Virus's biggest fan but never again.

Incredible long response time

Incredible long response time. Unusual troublesome returnproces. And both delivery and return is paid by costumer, which is rare these days. You can find better and cheaper options alot of other places. Won’t buy or recommend anyone to shop here in the future.

Worst possible customer service

Virus Int'l clearly advertise discounts, but you have to hold their feet to the fire to get them. Their site states they ship via FedEx whereas half my order was shipped via U.S. Mail in 8 days and only after protesting was the other half shipped via FedEx. Their software on Customized orders definitely has issues. When ordering you have no way to determine whether the customization was correct and when they clearly make errors on your order, their deny responsibility and accountability. When refunding an item, they short the refund and withhold the state sales tax paid. Their personnel are unintelligent and deliver poor levels of customer service. There does not appear to be any supervisory oversight in this organization. I have never ever worked so hard in buying two items on-line. Fortunately, I keep excellent records. American Express assisted me in obtaining a full refund. Buyers beware!

They took my money, but didn't bother to even ship my order. I have reached out several times through email and instagram and they don't bother to answer. Pretty much stole my money.

A total shambles...

A total shambles of a company! The delivery service used to be excellent and you would get an email from there customer service within 24hrs! Now this is NOT the case, the lead time for a reply is around 4 to 5 days! Along with this, I've recently ordered two different items and they have gone missing with Yodel and DPD ireland! My advice is to seriously think about parting with your hard earned cash before buying anything from Virus! The chances are you wont get the item, you'll wait ages for a reply and your money back!!!!

The worst customer support I have ever experienced

Horrible costumer service, refund do not work.
I am still waiting for an answer of my request. The parcel I sent back to the adress Virus told me did not work. Now parcel is storded till tomorrow in another location. I have asked Virus several times what happened with my return.
I have also told them where the package was deposited and also the tracking number I submitted.
All useless, I received marketing mails as an answer.
This was my first and last time at Virus store.

Not received goods, radio silence from customer service.

Really terrible experience.

Don’t normally write reviews but they’ve essentially taken my money, not delivered the products and then ghosted.

Ordered shorts and a t shirt. Delivery updates so delivery was attempted, which it wasn’t, as I was home on the day of the “delivery”. Didn’t receive an update about re delivery or where to pick up parcel so emailed customer service.

2 weeks later after multiple emails and an Instagram DM still haven’t had a response.

Wouldn’t recommend if you prefer shopping with companies who treat customers respectfully.

Last time I was ordering from this…

Last time I was ordering from this brand. 1st, they don't offer you a return label, and you have to pay for the return. Why? Its regular customer care that the company pay for the return if the item does not fit or whatever the reason is you don't liked what you purchased. 2nd, the guidene you receive for return is, consider to the above, really bad. And if the package for some reason cannot be delivered to the address they gave me, I have to pay the return. Its unbelievable..

Bad attitude

Bad attitude. I made an ordre. Got it. 2 days after I recieved their newsletter. I wrote them and asked why they send it. Their answer was, that I could just unsubscribe in the bottom of the newsletter.

Get a course in customer service.

No recommendations from here.
