One slot for laptop charging isnt working and after one email on which they answered that they will help they didnt answer with any help even though I have sent few more emails with detailed explanation of what is the problem,nobody answered back.

Consumer warning
Consumer warning: Think twice before ordering directly from UGREEN.
I requested cancellation before my order was shipped, yet UGREEN proceeded with dispatch despite my explicit instructions. My repeated attempts to resolve the matter were ignored and I ultimately had to refuse delivery and involve Klarna to protect my payment.
Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable handling of a straightforward cancellation. I strongly recommend purchasing UGREEN products through a reputable retailer with stronger consumer support instead of ordering directly from UGREEN.
