Fast service and super product
I ordered replacement heads, they arrived very fast. This was already the best sonic toothbrush I had come across, but what really struck me was how much better my teeth felt after using the fresh head. They recommended changing every 3 months, worth doing.
On the unit itself the charge is fantastic, it usually lasts well over a month. I have often brought just the unit travelling, confident it will last the two weeks. Has never let me down.

The best customer care, such a nice company to deal with. Poor quality
I was initially impressed with the Spotlight Oral Care Sonic Pro toothbrush, but the reliability has been extremely disappointing.
My original Sonic Pro lasted less than 18 months before failing. I gave the brand another chance and purchased a replacement in May 2026, but this one has problems too. It doesn’t complete the charging cycle properly, and a full charge only lasts around 14 days, which is well below what I expected.
For a premium-priced electric toothbrush, I expected much better durability and battery performance. Having two products fail in such a short period has left me with very little confidence in the brand.
If only Spotlight Oral Care concentrated as much on the quality and reliability of its products as it does on the constant stream of marketing emails, I’m sure it would achieve much higher customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this product.
