Not impressed, paid a lot for this belt and got no instruction booklet with it so not even sure if I've the gel pads on right and no instructions about settings, very disappointing.

Pads
The actually ordering and delivery is top class, but the pads themselves not good quality,, the ones that came with the slendertone were much better quality, very hard to get them off the machine when renewing them, but the delivery was 10 out of 10,
