Totally happy and satisfied
When I was buying, the price was fair and the delivery time was short. That’s why I selected to buy from here. Then one day later I called to ask the delivery situation, because I didn’t get the delivery information.
Then in 2 minutes, I was able to connect with a real person at service center and I was informed that product is in their warehouse and reserved already for my buy. At that I got the delivery information and then in 2 days I got my product.
I’m very happy to purchase from here.

Watch out!
Ordered several items from one of their site (Fashionschue.de Etrias owns several sister online shops). One item was out of stock, which can happen sometimes. Problem was they didn't inform me and did nothing until I inquired about where about of my order 5 days later. Only then they told me that one product was not available, do you want refund for that? What would have happened if I didn't write to them? Just sit on my order forever?
A day later I got a refund for the out of stock item, but the rest of the order is not even shipped yet. So I'll have to wait 10 days or more for an order of stupid shoe polish!
It's a sign of poorly managed overall communication within the company beyond the customer service. They may be fine when there's no trouble, but as soon as some issue occurs, you as a customer would be left to your own device to chase after them.
I don't think I'll ever order anything from their and their sister shops again.
