Not impressed
Filled in the online form. I recieved a phone call to schedule an appointment. I was told that even though my partner also had a will arranged with Co-Op, I could still organise a will myself. Appointment was scheduled for two days later. I waited in for the phone call. Only to be told by the advisor that infact the first advice I recieved was wrong and no I couldn’t have a will with Co-Op. Waste of my time. Uneducated worker. Not impressed.

Like a lot of people my will was at bottom of to do list .
Like a lot of people , reviewing my will was at the bottom of my to do list , in part because I wasn’t sure who to go with to get a good service , however I spoke to Phillip and he walked me through all my needs from a will , explaining thoroughly how the trust I had would work and at the end he concluded that the one I had was sufficient and able to do what I wanted , he even checked this over for me .
I would not hesitate to recommend .
