I highly recommend both Essential Heating and Sam who runs the company and is the plumbing engineer. We have relied on Sam as our number 1 plumber for many years now. He is highly professional with great knowledge, expertise and workmanship. He is also reliable and flexible - coming at short notice when he can and recommending a back up when needed. He is also friendly, honest and trustworthy which goes a long way.

Sam is fantastic, kind hearted, open, helpful, highly trusted and most of all great at solving all problems plumbing and heating related with a smile.

I am extremely satisfied with this company. They responded to my query within 24 hours and a lovely gentleman named Samson visited our house the next day. Our boiler was damaged and we had to act quickly before it stopped working. We immediately liked Samson from the moment he entered the house and he answered our questions very effectively. I must also praise the engineer named Josh who installed the boiler his hard work and pleasant personality have not gone unnoticed my family were very pleased to have him work on the boiler. He went above and beyond to ensure everything is working.

Boiler had a slight leak and was in need of a service. Sam identified the issue and solution quickly, explaining the process clearly and and sourced and fitted the replacement parts swiftly. Even managed to help us get hold of our guarantee that the previous owner hadn't shared when we bought the house.
