I purchased 3 cushion inners from this company, they took my money and got me to sign up to their newsletter, and then refused to supply the items!!

Clarification Regarding Cushion Inners
We want to confirm the purchase terms for our duck feather inners. As noted in the listing, these inners are only available to purchase as an add-on alongside one of our cushion covers. This policy is in place because we offer them to our cushion customers at our exact wholesale cost, and we make no profit on them.
When your order for the inners alone was placed, we reached out to you first, as we thought you might have simply forgotten to add a cushion cover to your basket. Once we understood you did not wish to purchase a cover, we immediately processed your full refund, as is our stated policy for separate inner purchases.
Newsletter and Listing Update
We understand your concern regarding the newsletter sign-up. Please be assured this is entirely optional and never enforced.

The goods received from Essencehome last week are beautiful - well made, perfectly crafted. I especially like the blanket and the Christmas baubles are delightful. All packaging used was recycled which really is so important when taking into consideration climate change etc. Delivery was swift and well managed. A Company to be recommended.
