Item ordered was out of stock so an alternative was arranged.
Delays with courier service was annoying, but this was out of Esports control.

Pretty good overall
Pretty good range of products, delivery was quite quick.
My only downside is when I payed (with PayPal) there was no option for a faster delivery but as stated it was quite quick anyway.

Excellent customer service. I preorder an item during Black Friday sales. Item then had a delay from supplier. Billy from customer services were sending me updates regularly, even offered for a game voucher for any inconvenience caused. Item arrived on time for Christmas. I have to say I was impressed how professional they were. Defiantly recommend this company.

Great customer service!
Ordered multiple pieces of gear from the guys at EsportsGearUK over the last year and I just wanted to say that their customer service is excellent and have catered to any issues I've had quickly and efficiently. I had problems with my Pulsar X2H unit and the return and refund process was easy to complete. They are also very transparent with ETA on Pre-order products as some may be delayed due to supply chain issues. Overall great website.

Originally the headset was lost at the delivery address however the member of support I talked to was very professional and offered a new pair to be sent out. However, the headset was found and was delivered the next day way ahead of schedule. 10/10 would reccomend
