Damaged Packaging
Mousepad was delivered in a slightly bent box which now makes the pad not lay flat. Not sure if it an issue from warehouse or courier but is very frustrating to use.

I Bought the X-ray pad Jade Air speed skates and everything was packaged well. I was given constant updates on delivery tracking. They also have a leaflet within to give you a chance to get your order for free if you win a draw.

Huge variety, reasonable prices, fast service.
There’s a HUGE variety of peripherals available; all at incredibly reasonable prices. I bought a Lamzu Atlantis Mini from these guys. Mostly to support what I assume is a UK based store as opposed to somewhere like Amazon. Today whilst on a night shift I ordered a Ducky MIYA Pro and it has already been shipped. It hasn’t even hit 7:00AM yet. That’s with the FREE shipping option. Service has been impeccable so far. They also offer discounted prices on returned items. That’s what I went for with the Ducky MIYA Pro. I have more than enough trust in these guys and already know the product will be in perfect working order despite the box already being opened. Moving forward I’ll most likely order exclusively from these guys (and girls).

Excellent customer service extremely helpful if it wasn't for royal mail taking ages to deliver my order it would have gone off without a hitch... Mark who I spoke to in my emails with the shop was amazing kept me updated through the whole escapade with royal mail and made sure my items got delivered properly.
Safe to say I will be ordering again!
