NOT THE RIGHT SPARE the order I received is not the one for my coffee brewer. clear of details about compatibility / which piece for which machine.
Ordered for another site where you can look for yous spare through a very efficient search engine (wher you mention ref# of your machine) - way better experience. I now have spare, not compatible with my machine and don't know what to do with it.

Part returned but not remboursed.
I ordered a part on commande no OH87186213 not applicable for a those réel model. The part was returned as it did not fit its purpose in exactly the good condition i received it. I have not heard from espares concerning the remboursement of my 69.34 euros, this is the reason for my anger and unhappiness with your company. Thank you for your understanding.
