The part sent was not the one ordered…
The part sent was not the one ordered and I sent many emails to inform you that it was not the part I had ordered but you still proceeded and sent the wrong part . Email where sent long time before order was dispatched but you still sent it anyway then told me it couldn't be changed because it had been dispatched.

Useful site for huge range of spare parts
One of few websites that carry the parts I wanted, easy to navigate the website, click to order, expensive for tiny pieces of plastic, but heck. I didn't realise the parts would come from UK, but they arrived swiftly, so all was good

Really happy with the product
Really happy with the product, I bought a piece for my Bosch blender and it fit perfectly. Giving three stars because the part was tiny, weighed about 1g and cost €7,50 but they charged me €9,80 for delivery which seems ridiculous to me.
