No solo entregaron la pieza con retraso a pesar de que había pagado el envío exprés, sino que además recibí una pieza astillada y con partes rotas en su interior.

Not only did they deliver the item late despite the fact that I had paid for express shipping, but I also received an item that was chipped and had broken pieces inside.
