Disappointed with Lufthansa and Sky.nl

Disappointed with Lufthansa and Sky.nl. I have multiple fractures and urgent surgery, provided all medical proofs, but they refuse a refund or even a voucher. Is this how you treat passengers in a medical emergency?
The communication is very poor as well, long time waiting for answers and assistants are leaving the chats just after 1 minute of silence.
They could even show me that Lufthansa denied to refund. Every time new assistant just saying different things.
Never buy tickets through the agency, because to make a refund makes it impossible.
Gave me extra stress after I got into accident and trying to deal with it for weeks laying in bed after surgery.

I booked a flight by despegader and…

I booked a flight by despegader and changed it on the website of esky.

But I didn’t receive a booking.

There is no way to get in contact because you constantly speak with a chatrobot.

I don’t have a booking number, but pays a lot of money for this flight.

it's a real nightmare

it's a real nightmare, I don't advise anyone to even try. I reserved for a flight in 2 months and paid, when I got the email confirmation the dates were wrong I tryed immediately to reach them for correction when they finally contacted me they asked me to pay 317€ extra, I wonder this kind of behavior in Netherlands, but for sure I'm going to the rechtbank.

I pay my tikets i do not receive the confirmation.

I pay my tikets two day ago,and i do not receive any confirmation or something for eSky.Is very strange because if you pay it you most receive answer.
I want my money back.
Why is not an available phone number?
Why only robot answer?
I paid in 11.02.2025,for 2 tikets.Einhoven Iași and return, from 1.07.202,flight.
I i no longer trust you,ESky,and please return my money back now,because i want but directly from the airline.
My child have autism he needs the assurance that he will have a reserved Seat and that the date is precise.

CANCELED FLIGHT - 6 months and NO REFUND

CANCELED FLIGHT - 6 months later and no refund date defined
Flight AR1290 (May 9, 2024, at 10:20) was canceled, and we had to reorganize our return to Europe through other means (reservations canceled the same day: 5790058598 and 2802991137).

After 6 months of requesting the refund, we still have not received anything.

They will tell you they are requesting your refund from the airline, that they are waiting for responses, and other excuses. Unfortunately, the truth is that their customer service is terrible. They respond just to waste your time, fail to proactively follow up on your issue, and leave you hanging until you give up (this is being written 6 months later).

I regret to say that the only solution we have is to NEVER PURCHASE through this website again in the future.

UPDATE (20/11/2024): The airline's customer service says they have already issued the refund to the agency. Additionally, I have friends who bought their tickets directly from the airline, and they have already received their money. Let’s see what excuse Esky comes up with now... :/

I wish there was a worse rating than 1…

I wish there was a worse rating than 1 star. I wish there were minus ratings. Terrible company. They are holding around £750 of my money which I used to book 4 flights to Italy. Ryanair changed the time of the flights so we had to cancel. They have refunded our money to ESky on the 18th June 2024 but ESky claim they are still processing my refund. I must have called over 50 times to try to find out what is happening. I always get a polite… but totally unhelpfull and ineffective response. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else I can do?

Online Scam!

I have booked and paid for an EasyJet ticket with Esky, but they didn't properly process the payment to EasyJet and scammed me by taking my money while making the ticket get cancelled. Very evil company, do not buy anything from them!!!

Waiting for refund of booking cancelled by Esky

We booked tickets on the 30th dec that were cancelled by Esky on the same day. However, we're still waiting for our refund. The cancellation was already very bad for us, but having to wait now for the refund is unacceptable. Please let me know asap when we can expect the refund!

No contact and no tickets.

We booked 2 flights. Now Esky says that we didn't pay the booking yet and we won't receive our tickets. We are also not able to pay again. Also they don't reply to contactforms. Bad service.

Tried to buy tickets online

Tried to buy tickets online. Received an automatically generated e-mail with a message that looks like a confirmation. After 72 hours still no response or follow up. Phone is not answered.
So I want to cancel the flights as i have no trust in this company.

Don't book here if you want to be sure to book a flight.!!
