Went to Aer Lingus website and was quoted €55 for a flight to London. Started the booking process and offered various options which I declined. Got to payments and processed the payment discovering that it was €85.35. Realised I had made a mistake and looked for a way to cancel . None was available and phone numbers on the site do not work. Complete scam and I still can’t see how the process was highjacked !!

Scam company.
Used this site by mistake through sky scanner. Realised after that the flight was half the price on the Ryanair website. ‘Customer service’ extremely unprofessional.

I had to cancel my flight from Dublin to Sydney due to a broken ankle, 1 month before departure. After 4 weeks I still haven't received a partial refund 1/7 of the total paid nor a cancellation letter I require for travel insurance. No response to emails. This is thee worst customer support for a company I have ever come across. I will never use their service again.

Simply the worst I have ever experienced with errors trying to make a simple change which took days, lack of follow-up despite being an "escalated, priority case", an inability to cancel over a 5 day period for a US flight that online would have taken 3 minutes. Customer service not helpful and last call was unprofessional.

Worst client 'service' experience I have ever had. I unfortunately had to cancel my flights and it took 18 emails and numerous online chat sessions over 2 months to finally have the flights cancelled and my money refunded, minus a hefty admin charge. May be OK if travel goes ahead but the extremely poor and time consuming cancellation process made a somewhat stressful situation significantly worse. After many emails back and forth, I was initially refunded only for the outbound flights and then had to go through another protracted process to have the return flights refunded. Was informed on numerous occasions I had already been refunded when I hadn't, and it was only through persistent follow ups that the issue was eventually sorted. Client service reps didn't seem to understand the issue and each correspondence seemed to be starting again from scratch. Would strongly recommend booking through airlines direct or any other booking site.

Thought I was booking on SkyExpress for an internal flight in Greece. Turned out I was on esky.ie and they lobbed on an extra 50 euros to the flight cost for no reason and somehow managed to bypass the approval screen on my credit card app. Disgraceful.
Edited response: I then followed the suggestion to contact their customer service online but they don't have an option for customers from Ireland.

I want to talk to a real person. Being 88, and not computer literate, I do not want to makem an error booking 3 persons.

I booked my flight with esky and during booking it wouldnt let me add luggage ,so i paid extra money to add it after , first it told me it was £330 to add 23 kg luggage and then i tried a week later and it had gone up to £352 which in the first place is ridiculous for luggage that is the cost of half my flight ,i booked the flight weeks ago and it is still saying booking pending i would not reccomend this site to anyone .I am so stressed as i am going to visit family in june and dont even know if the site is real !!!!!

Tried to book tickets last year from dublin to eindhoven.
The money left our account but no tickets. Emailed back and forth with esky maintaining that they never received the money from the bank. Started a transaction dispute ,provided all relevant documentation. Bear in mind this process lasted 11 months with bank of ireland!! Esky falsely claimed to our bank that they were not responsible as they had provided the service which they patently did not. The stress was really awful ,given that my husband was trying to make an important family trip and disabled and it took some organising to do. .....do not give your money to these people . They are untrustworthy.

Well! Esky.ie is a bad, really bad company which is only intention is to still people's money. I have paid a really expensive trip with them and now my suitcase is not registered in the system. I have tried to contact them my phone, online chat etc and the only thing they want is my card details. They are just a scam. Don't get anything from them.

I booked a flight for myself and my sister travelling to Faro on the 22nd October this year through E Sky. A 6.30 pm flight from Stansted. We were delayed until 11pm only to be told that Ryan Air had cancelled due to high winds in Faro. We got a taxi home eventually getting arriving back after midnight. No holiday and over £600 out of pocket. The Ryan Air desk promised us a full refund. So far we have had the taxi and meal refunded, no sign of the flight money as promised. I want to rebook this special holiday but I need my refund. What do I do????

My and my partner booked two flights (4 in total with connections) and paid nearly €2,000 - no confirmation of flights received! I called customer service to be advised there is no timeframe for the tickets to be issued to us! These are tickets for us moving across the other side of the world and we are left in limbo. Currently a ball of anxiety with worry with no reassurance or escalation of our uncertain situation!! We also have been told it is non refundable and if the flights are cancelled for any reason it is our own issue!! Absolute scam of a service wish we never engaged with this company!! A dark cloud has been placed on our exciting travel plans..

Booked two tickets Dublin-Split for my wife and her friend. Circumstances changed and was unable to use the tickets. Requested a refund...even a partial one. Contacted esky and was advised to contact Croatian Airline. Contacted Croatia Airline and was advised to contact the booking agent. Then I discovered that according to the terms the terms and conditions...they do not offer refunds on the flight. They said I might be eligible for a refund of the airport taxes. I have given them 2 stars because I should have read the terms before booking.

We had a few small turbolences during flight and landing was done in a quite unstable windy condition but we landed safely nevertheless. I really dont like to fly but I gained some trust after seing the landing carried out properly and safely in such conditions.
I don't care if we have delays as long as safety comes first, say pilot detecting errors and consequently changing tires for 35-45min or maintaining the engine up to 1h or even more.

At first when I booked my flights everything was ok, but then I wanted to add extra luggage to one of my flights and Esky sent me the link to make the payment once I paid it never appeared on my booking. I asked once and again why the extra luggage I paid for never appeared and they just answered useless information, when I check direct with the airline I will flight I figured out that I am allow to have only one bag to check in on that flight but Esky took my money anyway even though they know about the policies about the airline. That is so unethical.
