I would like to share the good service I've benefited from because good thinks have to be said not only bad. I've made a mistake with the year of my birth when I booked the ticket and I let them know right away. They had the patience to explain to me the process and reassure me. They followed my case and everything has been fixed right away when they could to it. I've really appreciated their responsiveness.

It was easy to find flight tickets (for Japan) and the price was good. Then I wanted to change a date and this is where the companies are put to test. Well, the response was waiting (and still is), but I got a person on chat that looked into my reservation and gave me the details I wanted. Positive.

They made it look like they are Wizzair: their URL was: wizzair.eskytravel.it, and they write "WizzAir" so big in the middle of the homepage, so you feel you are buying directly from the airline. They show one price (which is the same as buying from the airline) but then only at the moment of the check-out they add a lot of fees, so if you are not super careful, you end up like me who I paid 45 euros extra to them for literally nothing. This is unacceptable, I want my refund.

Hi, I’ve booked a flight for today from Paris to Madrid. In the email I’ve received it’s was said that the tickets was supposed to be sent 8 hours later. But eleven hours later the tickets are still to be found. Can you give me a phone number to call to solve this issue please ?

This website is essentially a scam. They aggressively advertise to mislead you into using their site, add hidden fees to your ticket disguised as airport or airline charges, and deceive you throughout the purchasing process. When you realize your mistake, they refuse to refund you or only offer a 10% refund of the total price.

Easy and clear , makes booking a pleasure. No Hidden Extras.

One star because no possibility to put zero. Provides on line attractive air fares on Air France, except that ALL EXTREMELY HIGH TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED. You only discover that when you are paying if you are inattentive. DISGUISED CROOK SITE, AVOID. In addition, I personally do not care of the wrong statements in the reply of Eksy.fr: I paid less on the actual Air France website than on Eksy.fr for exactly identical airplane tickets to London.

Terrible customer service
No confirmation mail was sent making it impossible to contact support effectively.
As a result of a missed connection, i missed the flight. Thus the return flight was canceled automatically.
I lost my vacations, wasted my PTO and could not get back any compensation.

EDIT : following ESKY answer, the 'resend the reservation confirmation email' does not even work, and since i did not receive the first one, i cannot provide a reservation number. This just makes it worse

Somehow ended up on this site when I meant to book direct with Ryanair. Cost me quite a bit extra in 'service fees'. They are just a third-party site that does what you could do yourself. So annoying! Will check more carefully in future. If I ask for a refund, will they provide a full refund or try and scam me again?

I will never buy a ticket from that company in my life. They are irresponsible scammers. They can give me the ticket and no thanks.

Initially I was panicking because I saw all the negative trustpilot reviews having thought I had booked direct through the airline. ESky actually delivered! We got the boarding passes at the check in desk and it was smooth sailing- no problems. The only thing I would suggest is check the flight hasn't been rescheduled or cancelled but do this directly with the airline itself because it took a few phone calls to establish what happened (esky- I owe an apology for all those panicked phone calls!) But to find out which terminal and check the status of your flight, always check the airline itself. Otherwise - we got a great deal! Five stars eSky- but I would recommend updating customers with the status of their flight (in an email) making absolutely sure they know their flight time has changed (eg Please note your flight time has changed and check the details- highlight this in yellow to bring attention to it) , followed by the flight details.

we paid Esky £2046.02 in 2021!!!! the flight was cancelled. (booking reference 1399413868) and we are STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. they say its not there problem its the airline. whatever you do. do not make the same mistake as we did and use a credit card so you have a chance of a refund if anything is to go wrong.

I had some troubles with completing the payment for my booking. Needed to switch from My Master Card account to Visa account.
