The add on service option is good
The add on service option is good that is accessible. But somehow the check in luggage price was unexpectedly not included in the promo price. So hopefuly it would be already reflected on the price list. I understand that some would travel light, but most would need larger luggages for check in specially that winter is coming.

Everything was great!
Just I did not see, where to add hand luggage, later I saw on in e-mail received confirmation- no hand luggage included! But when and where I could add it- I did not see!!!

e-Sky messed up my booking
e-Sky accepted the payment for my booking but had to change the booking later because the flights were not available. I was contacted to accept new booking, which I did and the booking that returned was wrong flights. I was contacted by phone the booking was changed and I had to pay additional amount, which I did. I then received the new booking which said it is pending payment because my two payments were not merged into new booking. I am still waiting for the resolution.
