This service is a joke and a lost of money lost. It is not working in Tunisia. 90% of the time is disconnect and useless. You can get 10GB from Orange, from the airport with 8 Euro, or 27GB for 12 Euro. Cheaper and working perfect. I contacted customer service for help or refund but they don't bother to help you. I received no replay. Don't get fooled by the owner that provide a review for every comment on this site. They really don't care about you, they care only in taking your money for nothing.
July 27, 2024 update: no reaction from customer service, no refund, they don't care!

Esim details are sent quickly, but 5G is excluded (in Czechia) making it a little tricky to use in areas that have 5G but not 4G. The sales page does not clearly state that 5G is excluded.

I travelled to Bali (Indonesia) for 7 days.
I'll start with the positives:
- Easy to activate and register, with responsive customer support
- Service worked great, for about 3 minutes at a time

Negatives:
- As mentioned above, the service was extremely unreliable. The 4G service would drop out intermittently to "No Service" every 2-3 minutes. Extremely frustrating when trying to travel.
- Customer Support eventually helped me diagnose this issue, stating that I needed to select a certain network carrier. Nowhere in the starting documentation was this stated.

Summary: I learned the lesson you get what you pay for. The service works, but be wary of provider issues.

eSIMX e-SIMs are so reliable and the connection is great. I had a smooth journey of using it during my Indonesia and Malaysia trips.
