So easy to setup and it worked so while I. Singapore, Malaysia and Bali. I’m a heavy data user and I never seemed to have any trouble with connection. Actually, I did have an initial issue setting it up this time (my error) but the Holafly support team helped me out promptly and even arranged a video call and screen sharing, so I know what to do next time. My Holafly travel sim, when it worked, was an absolute Godsend. I had Internet for the majority of my time abroad which kept me connected to my those who mattered and my work.

However, there were some technical things that weren't clearly explained until I reached out for help. Which was incredibly difficult to do, because you need the Internet...

The person or AI at customer services that helped me with the sim not working was incredibly frustrating as there was some kind of communication barrier. They were not understanding my concerns and I was initially not able to comprehend their explanations or questions.

My suggestion is to have available a downloadable technical troubleshooting guide for the less obvious problems that may occur such as changing your Internet from 5G to LTE.... I didn't even have a clue what that was at the time. So perhaps the experience was also somewhat educational too.

Streaming was very challenging. It waa not fast and reliable as promised. I needed to work whilst abroad and this was a big problem/challenge for me and my clients.

I would definitely try the service again and recommend it with some level of caution. Hopefully next time the experience is even more fulfilling.

I liked this eSIM. I found it trick to install but my NOT very technical. The person on the webchat was sooo patient that we got it loaded in the end. I really liked the unlimited and will definitely use it again. Thanks

reliable, cheap and easy to use

Traveling to Aruba had some issues activating my eSIM once I arrived at the destination, contacted trouble support and it was great!
They helped me out step by step, telling me what to do until they problem was solved and I really appreciate that. Thanks to Holafly I had a great connection the whole trip!😁😁

had good conection is asia in taiwan and phillipins....oke accept in the Provinz but thats normal.. its was overall good. aleay g4 or g5...
