Three times trying to correct my sign order and I gave up. First they sent two banners instead of a single double-sided banner. Next they send a banner with incorrect grommet placement for a banner frame they sell that has specific contact points for the banner. I spent so much time with customer service where English as a first language would have been appreciated and facilitated better response. The third replacement wasn't quite right, but I gave up after that. Local sign shop from now on!

We ordered a feather banner with a base cross, that broke on day one (not their fault but it's def for light use). We wanted to purchase just the base cross, Lee Grace (sorry if misspelled) said impossible. So I go let me buy the whole kit, she said they can only sell it with a new feather banner. That was $300 down the drain just like that. Oh, and we have been their customer for 10 years. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I know that anything can be done if the willingness is there.

Had them make a popup banner for us for trade show. We didn't wind up using it for a few weeks. The banner was very difficult to get to open but I managed but it was crooked at the bottom, there was sticky glue on the bottom and it cut off our disclosure. Then a piece fell off. When we went back to them they said we had to let them know in 24 hours if there was a problem and refused to fix to make it right. Last time we do business with them.

i ordered 2 signs. 1 came out great 1 came out pixelated. Someone from eSign reached out to help via email. I responded back and never heard from them again. I sent 2 more emails over 4 weeks trying to get resolution. I got ignored and no help. Now I get eSign spam nonstop in my inbox to spend more money with them.

Esigns is great. We bought magnets for our truck and could not be more pleased. Everything was so easy from the design process on through. Very quick turn around too. Great company. We will be using them again and again.

Easy to navigate website, great products and arrived in time. Price was GREAT. - Real experience not fluff.

We went with eSigns specifically because we were on a tight timeline for a sign for a specific conference. They shipped our sign out late, meaning that we'd not have it for the first part of the conference, and one of our executives would have to take delivery instead of the assistant we'd hired for setup on the day it was originally supposed to arrive. When the sign DID arrive, imagine my embarrassment when the executive on-site sent me a photo of the pop-up banner— for a completely different event, in a completely different industry, in a completely different part of the country. In spite of their multiple errors, their sole resolution was refunding the cost of the order, which took them 10 days to process. Avoid.

The new management of Esigns is horrible. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for 3 banners to be printed and they are saying that "they have had an overwhelming amount of projects" and "technical issues". I have spoken with the manager two times and both times have been told it would be taken care of, but I am still waiting. HORRIBLE! Just horrible. I have used this company for 5 years previously, but would not recommend using them with the new owners!

My money was essentially stolen. There's apparently no way to select rush shipping because allegedly most banners approved will be "shipped out same day". I did order next day air shipping, so that it would arrive by a specific date. In fact, it was estimated to arrive before the date I needed.

My order sat in "printing/production" for 2 days. It's still in "production", right now, with no sign of shipping. Since it's the weekend it will likely stay in production until Monday.

Guess what my estimated delivery says on my profile: "(yesterday's date)". That's when I needed it. I had called customer support yesterday. You can't get into direct contact with a production team -- it sounds like a third party company that may not even be in the US. Obviously a frustrating experience

Mary and the team did such a great job for me. Sense I’ve been using them, they’ve produced many banners for Menands. I love them, my client loves them, and they’re Being used outdoors for Veterans Day.
Probably one of the most professional teams in the business.

The product received is good, BUT I ordered to receive by a certain day and time, and paid for that delivery. However the banners did not arrive on time and I was quite disappointed by that. Time was critically important for me as the event started at 1:00 pm, the delivery information said I could receive in the morning that particular day - but it did not come in until well after my 1:00 pm event start time so were of no use to me.

You guys rock! So easy to order and helpful on the phone! Thank you so much!

Brilliant! I spent some time on the phone with customer service to work out some kinks in my design. It turned out out to be easier to cancel my order and start over fresh. They were patient with my ignorance, happily and immediately refunded my money, and the end result was something I am so proud of! Great price, great quality, fast turnaround, wonderful service
