I got exactly what I needed, when I needed it

I gave eSigns 1 star because 0 is not an option.
They deemed my satirical political sign inappropriate but they could not give a valid reason other than taking exception of my last caption of "Make Dictatorship Great Again". Given the similarity to the MAGA slogan, it seems that management are Trump supporters and they bring their politics to work which, is a bit ironic since we're talking about a signage and free speech and yes, the constitution. "Sad, very sad, very very sad"

They always deliver in a very timely fashion are are good about checking the design before printing. The product looks great and holds up well.

I have worked with eSigns many times and I have gone back to them time and time again. Fast and affordable, never late usually earn. The definition of under promise and over produce.

My order came so quickly and helped me get the banners up n my listing sooner than planned and made my clients very happy! They are great quality and look so nice!

Ordered 10 magnetic signs. They came out exactly as expected. Service was quicker than originally stated. Will,use them again.

Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.

Very easy to order. Confirmation that the files are perfect. Emails updating progress. Quick delivery and beautiful final product!

Product purchased, didn't arrive on time (despite upgrading to next day air). Vendor was late in providing shipment according to UPS.

No refund offered, only credit for future purchase, and only for amount paid not a penny more.

Didn't really feel a "so sorry, we messed up". Felt more a "oh well, that happens, we'll credit you for next time". When they know full well there likely won't be a next time.

This was my third time ordering with esigns (repeat customer) and that's how they handled this order.

From one business owner to another, when you mess up, do more than making it right. (This hasn't even been made right.)

I won't order from esigns again if time is of the essence.

These signs were on our cabin doors. They came out so beautifully and everyone loved them. High quality, great colors. Made finding your cabin o the ship so easy. We will be ordering these for future cruises!!

Fast production and shipping, affordable and great quality.

Quick turnaround. Great sign, bright color. My only complaint is the grommets we not secured and came off before hanging. It was the top corner grommets, so the most important ones.

Awesome sign, legitimately increased my sales 30-50% at the farmers market the first week I started using it!

We've ordered numerous times through the years and we love the pull up banners.

I ordered 5 customized lawn signs for my dad’s 75th surprise birthday party. I paid extra ($70 extra) to make sure the signs arrived the day before the party. I only received 1. 2 others were delivered the day after. I still have not received the final 2.

I was told I could not be refunded the total price of the signs that are still missing, only 50% of the cost of printing.

You only get one chance to celebrate a milestone birthday with a loved one. This company did not add to our experience at all.

We ordered two vinyl signs 3x10 full color etc etc. As expected, they are awesome. Colors are vibrant and just what I hoped for.
We have been eSign customers like for decades. I still have a 4'x10' booth sign I bought 10 years ago and use every summer for a local festival. Looks as good as the day I got it. Honestly cannot say enough good stuff about the company and the staff. I don't know them, but I always feel like they have my back. Once I hit the "Submit Order" button, I stop worrying about anything associated with getting my sign printed and delivered.

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you need your order to arrive by a certain deadline DO NOT trust the claim nor pay extra for next day delivery if you have a tight deadline. I place my order on a Wednesday afternoon sometime after 12:30. I received an email indicating that the order had been processed and approved after 1pm. I was expecting the delivery to get to me by Friday considering I paid extra for their alleged "next day delivery". The order never came and I was just told today, Saturday that the order will arrive next Wednesday. I reach out to customer service and the rep says that the order was accepted after their 7am daily cutoff and they are PST. WHAT??!!??!. Then added that it was put through on June 1st because of this and by the time it goes into actual production, it will then be mailed out and arrive within the "next day delivery". Because of this lie/excuse, I can't get a refund for the next day fee because they claim they are doing it next day based on their twisted timeline. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I should have looked at other reviews because I see a few who mention the same problem.
RUN, Don't walk away from this business. There are others out there who can and will do better.

eSigns is great & very easy to work with! We've been using them for several years now for our Top 10% Seniors Banners, and they always do an amazing job! They have a very quick turnaround time with proofs & delivery of the final product. Their prices are reasonable as well!

I asked for a simple one-sided banner with two lines of text and a specific grommet placement. "No problem!" said the sales rep. Three weeks later and after talking with 6 different customer service reps (whose English is a second language) about their failure to follow my simple instructions, I gave up and demanded a refund. A total waste of my time that caused a missed deadline which cost me money and lost opportunity.

This was the first time I used eSigns. The online template to create the banner was very intuitive and smooth as silk. One banner included a photo taken in 1996. The quality of the photo printed on the banner was superb!!! The product quality is superb as well. I will definitely use them again.
