The course was very thorough and comprehensive - very easy to understand.

I liked the online option. I also liked the depth of information on some of the areas of training - it was good information, (although, not all the training material was as well thought out). All-in-all, it was okay - the negative comment below, when corrected, would make it much better.

The tests and training information really needs a good thorough spell checking... I got one answer wrong because the correct answer was incorrectly spelled! There were more that I noticed, but realized that it wasn't correctly edited for spelling. It gives the impression of sloppy work.

The course is self paced and is detailed. The quiz at the end allows you to recall material and learn from errors faster. It is at the correct pace and time for a busy learner like me too!!

course was set at a good pace - the narration differed from the text on some of the slides but nothing different in the message. there were also a a few spelling mistakes on the slide about medical emergencies - "fibbers" instead of fibers.

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. I’d like the option to print a copy so I can keep it on my desk for quick reference. When answering questions—whether correctly or incorrectly—an explanation should always be provided, clarifying the correct answer. Immediate feedback is valuable and helps reinforce understanding.

Overall it was a good experience due to how simplistic it was but some of the videos audio was not good and it was messed up and it sounded like there was other noises going on and I made sure that it wasn't anything on my end and it kept doing it for a few of the videos which made it hard to focus on what they were saying as well. Some of the audio played at the same time. What I mean is two of the text boxes were being read at the same time and so you had to pretty much read it yourself rather than listening

Content is easy to understand and interesting.

The course was very easy to follow. I would like to be able to change the speed of the audio in the videos. I found that the slow paced voice made each video take much longer than it would take to just read on your own.
