Good customer service & nice bags
The customer service is really good. I already bought a bag in-store and also ordered one at Designer Exchange. The bags are in good condition and always as described. I also asked for an invoice copy of a purchase back in 2021 and it was sent to me the same day. Although I would love to gatekeep this company I have decided to be fair and leave this review :)
